Mr. Sam Martin has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Celldex Therapeutics, Inc since July 1, 2017. Mr. Martin served as Vice President of Finance at Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. since June 16, 2017 until July 1, 2017. Mr. Martin joined Celldex as the Director of Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis in April 2009 and has held roles of increasing responsibility and leadership. Prior to joining Celldex, Mr. Martin served as the Director of Finance and Corporate Compliance for Alseres Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he was responsible for managing the financial and SEC reporting and the annual budget and planning process. Mr. Martin began his career at Ernst & Young LLP, holding various positions prior to his tenure as Audit Manager, where he provided audit, review, due diligence and consulting services to public and private companies in the biotechnology, medical device, health care, high technology, manufacturing and consumer product industries. Mr. Martin received an M.B.A. from Boston University, a B.S. from Skidmore College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Elizabeth Crowley has been Chief Product Development Officer and Senior Vice President of Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. since August 10, 2016. Ms. Crowley served as Senior Vice President of Product Development at Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. since July 30, 2014 until August 2016. Ms. Crowley joined Celldex in 2009 as Vice President, Clinical Development. She served several senior level roles at CuraGen Corporation, served as the Vice President of Development Operations, responsible for strategic and operational development activities of the oncology and oncology supportive care portfolio, regulatory affairs, clinical operations and data management. Ms. Crowley started her career at Bayer Corporation in 1992, holding various positions providing leadership of clinical research and project management. She served as Director of Global Study Audit Management, assuring the highest standards for program execution. Ms. Crowley received her BS in Chemistry with a concentration in Business from Boston College.

Dr. Tibor Keler, Ph.D. is the Founder of Celldex Therapeutics, Inc and has been its Chief Scientific Officer and Executive Vice President since March 2008 and July 30, 2014 respectively. Dr. Keler served as Senior Vice President at Celldex Therapeutics from March 2008 to July 30, 2014. Dr. Keler served as a Vice President of Research and Development at AVANT Immunotherapeutics Inc. since May 2003 until March 2008. He served as a Senior Director of Preclinical Development and Principal Scientist of Medarex from September 1993 to March 2004. While at Medarex, he was responsible for development of Celldex Therapeutics Inc., technology and products, as well as for the preclinical development and testing of numerous Medarex products now in Phase II clinical trials. Dr. Keler holds a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Pennsylvania.
