Mr. Andrew K. Chan, also known as Andy, JD, MBA, has been Senior Vice President of Legal & Corporate Development at Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc. since June 29, 2017. Mr. Chan served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development at Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc. since January 2014 and its Board Secretary since September 2016. Mr. Chan served as its Chief Financial Officer at Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc. since February 2011 until January 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of WA Optimum Health Care Center until 2013. Mr. Chan served as Vice President of Business Development and China Foundry Operations for Semiconductor at Jazz Technologies, Inc. since September 2008. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Purchasing of Jazz Technologies since December 2007. He joined Jazz in 2003 to lead Supply Chain Management and Information Technology and also managed its China foundry partner relationships. He served as an Executive Director of Purchasing and Corporate Development of Jazz. Mr. Chan served as Vice President of Business Operations and Supply Chain Management for Mindspeed Technologies and since 2000, he served as Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Conexant Systems. He focused in aviation and aerospace services. He served in diverse management roles at Eastern Airlines, Continental Express. He served as Senior Director of Strategic Business Development of Allied Signal Aerospace (now called Honeywell). Mr. Chan has broad based technical and management experience in engineering, planning, information systems management, business development and supply chain management. He served as a Director at WA Optimum Health Care Center. He served as a Director at Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc. Mr. Chan earned a B.S. degree in Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and an Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Computer System Management and Operations Research from Nova University. He also holds a Jurisprudence Doctorate (J.D.) degree from South Texas College of Law.

Dr. Xia Meng, PhD, BS, has been the Chief Operating Officer at Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc. since June 26, 2017. Dr. Meng has over 18 years of broad experience in biopharmaceutical and biotechnological industries, from research & development and product development to marketing, sales, business and management, both in domestic and international companies. She served as General Manager of Transgene Tasly (Tianjin) Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Transgene Biopharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Asia Pacific Scientific Director, Global Oncology Program Director, Asia Pacific Regional Business Manager of bioM??rieux and Head of Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center - Institute M??rieux Laboratory. She has driven two rounds of viral vector therapeutics product development in China and experienced all the factors of biologics development processes, such as concept, construction, pharmacology study, toxicity study, CMC and quality control. She has conducted two successful IND applications in China, with one approved in 2004 and the other approved in 2017. Dr. Meng received her B.S. degree from Wuhan University, China, obtained her PhD at the University of Paris VI (Universit?? Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris) and completed more than 10 years of basic research in notable laboratories INSERM and Curie Institute in France.

Dr. Wen Tao Liu, also known as Steve, Ph.D., serves as a Strategic Advisor at Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc. since February 2016. Dr. Liu served as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc. since May 1, 2014 until February 6, 2016. Dr. Liu served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc. from February 2012 to September 29, 2013 and served as its President of North America from September 29, 2013. Dr. Liu has a 29 year professional career in having new products from inception to mass market, encompassing the biomedical, clean energy and semiconductor industries. He has led large organizations as well as entrepreneurial companies with a proven track record of delivering shareholder value. He is experienced in multi-cultural business environments and has gained respect and trust from customers, colleagues and industry leaders. Dr. Liu served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Seeo Inc. from July 2010 to February 2012, where he led a team of scientists and entrepreneurs for the commercialization of solid state lithium ion battery for electric vehicles and smart grid applications. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Shanghai Hua Hong NEC Electronics Company. He served as an Executive Chairman at Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc. since October 2013 until February 6, 2016 and has been its Director since February 2013. Dr. Liu earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Nanjing University, Nanjing China and a Master in Chemistry and PhD in Physical Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy New York.
