Mr. Timothy T. O'Dell, also known as Tim, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Central Federal Corporation and CFBank, National Association since August 23, 2012 and October 9, 2015 respectively. Mr. O'Dell founded Chetwood Group in 2003 and serves as its Principal. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of CFBank since August 2012 and serves as its President. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Fifth Third Bank of Central Ohio. He served as a Senior Lender and managed its commercial banking and residential and commercial real estate divisions at Fifth Third - Central Ohio for ten years. Mr. O'Dell spent 22 years at Fifth Third Bank. He has been Director of Central Federal Corporation since August 23, 2012 and CFBank, National Association since August 2012. He has served on the board of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and The Ohio State University Medical Center and he was a founding investor in the Ohio TechAngel Venture Fund. Mr. Steve Nitzsche has been Senior Vice President and Equipment Finance Manager at Central Federal Corporation since December 8, 2017. Mr. Nitzsche has been Senior Vice President and Equipment Finance Manager at CFBank, National Association since December 8, 2017. He is responsible for expanding the Equipment Finance Department for CFBank, with a focus on offering equipment loans and leases to businesses throughout Ohio Footprint. Mr. Nitzsche has over 35 years of experience in the Equipment Finance industry.

Mr. John W. Helmsdoerfer, Jr., CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Central Federal Corp. since March 18, 2013. Mr. Helmsdoerfer serves as an Executive Vice President of Central Federal Bank and has been its Chief Financial Officer since March 18, 2013. Mr. Helmsdoerfer served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President of CFBank since March 19, 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Wilmington Savings Bank; Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Nationwide Bank; and Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Fifth Third Bank Central Ohio. He has been engaged in the financial industry for over 30 years. He graduated Cum Laude from the Miami University in 1980. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Ohio Society of CPA's. Mr. Paul Souleyrette has been Market President of Cincinnati Market at Central Federal Corporation since June 2017. Mr. Souleyrette has been Market President for the Cincinnati at CFBank, National Association since June 2017. He is responsible for building a Business Banking team along with growing and expanding the presence with Commercial clients in the greater Cincinnati and Southwest Ohio market. He has significant depth of Business and Commercial Banking experience.
