I truly bieve in bonuses based on achievable goals. Incentives are well overated.
Company got rid of anyone with real intelligence on code, procedures, engineering irregularities, all to save a few dollars. Ended up costing them significantly more. Then they work blue collar workers 12 hours a day 6 days a week but no sick time allowed. Ironically, 2 sick days administrators
H. R. Has too much control and have no idea what each job entails. So therefore, they don't know correct pay scale. Admin. Staff work an average of 32 hrs a week so have no clue what's it like to work 72 hours week after week year after year
