Mr. Robert L. Johnson, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Charter Financial Corporation since its inception in 2001, Chief Executive Officer of CharterBank (the Bank) since 1996 and President of CharterBank from 1996 to January 2007. Mr. Johnson was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Charter Financial Corporation and CharterBank in November 27, 2007. Prior to 1996, he served as Financial Analyst, then Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the bank. He began continuous service with CharterBank in 1984. Mr. Johnson has an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Alabama. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin Graduate School of Community Bank Management. He serves on the Point University Board of Trustees and is Chairman of The Charter Foundation, Inc. Mr. Johnson also is affiliated with the West Point Rotary Club.

Mr. Curti M. Johnson serves as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of CharterBank (the Bank). Mr. Johnson has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Charter Financial Corporation since 2011. He is a Member of both the Georgia and Alabama Bar Associations. Prior to joining the Bank on a full-time basis in January, 2011, Mr. Johnson was a Partner in the law firm of Johnson, Caldwell & McCoy in Lanett, Alabama. Mr. Johnson served as a Director of Citizens BancGroup, a bank holding company in Valley, Alabama, from 1988 until it was acquired by the Bank in 1999. He served as Chairman of Citizens BancGroup from 1996 through 1999. He has been a Director at Charter Financial Corporation since November 2007. He received his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Mr. Johnson is President of the Chattahoochee Fuller Center Project, Inc. and serves on the LaGrange College Board of Trustees.

Mr. William C. Gladden serves as Corporate Secretary of Charter Financial Corporation. Mr. Gladden served as Senior Vice President of CharterBank and served as its Secretary since 1991. Mr. Gladden served as Secretary of Charter Financial Corporation since October 2001 and served as its Senior Vice President. He served as Vice President of Charter Bank since 1991 and Charter Financial Corp. since October 2001. He served as Director of Charter Federal Savings and Loan from 1988 to 1990. He served as Manager of Telecommunications for West Point Pepperell from 1984 to 1990. He serves as the Chairman of the West Point, Georgia Down Town Development Authority and the West Point 2100 Foundation and a Member of the West Point Planning and Zoning Board. Mr. Gladden serves as a Director of Medical Park Management, Inc. He also serves on the board of directors for The Charter Foundation. Current affiliations of Mr. Gladden include: Chambers County Library Board, Troup-Chambers Habitat for Humanity, Chattahoochee Valley Healthcare Foundation, Junior Achievement and West Point Rotary Club. Mr. Gladden is a graduate of the National School of Banking of Americas Community Bankers and has a B.S. in Management from Georgia Tech, 1976. In 2002, he completed his M.S. in technology also from Georgia Tech.

Mr. Curtis R. Kollar, also known as Curt, has been the Vice President and Treasurer of CharterBank (the ???Bank???) since 1991. Mr. Kollar has the Chief Financial Officer of Charter Financial Corp and of CharterBank in October 2001. He serves as Treasure and Principal Accounting Officer at Charter Financial Corp. In 2004 Mr. Kollar is the Senior Vice President of the Charter Financial Corp and CharterBank . He has an undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and an M.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Community Bank Management and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Mr. Kollar serves as Treasurer of West Point First United Methodist Church and he is a past President and Member of the Board of Directors of the Chattahoochee Valley Hospital Society and a past President of the West Point Rotary Club.

Mr. Lee W. Washam serves as President of CharterBank since January of 2007. Mr. Washam has been the President at Charter Financial Corporation since March 23, 2017. He served as Executive Vice President for six years and has over 32 years of banking experience. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from LaGrange College in 1983 and is a 1995 graduate of The Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Mr. Washam's current affiliations include: LaGrange Lions Club, Leadership Troup, The Georgia Community Bankers Association, The First Baptist Church, Board Member & Treasurer of Highland County Club and Board Member Biblical Learning Center.
