Mr. Jeffrey H. Fisher, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of Chatham Lodging Trust since October 2009. Mr. Fisher serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Fisher Property Group, Inc. He serves as the President at Innkeepers Hospitality Ii, Inc. Mr. Eric Kentoff serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Chatham Lodging Trust. Mr. Kentoff joined Chatham Lodging Trust in January 2011. Mr. Kentoff serves as the legal advisor to the senior management team and the board of trustees and has primary oversight and management responsibility for all legal affairs of the company. Prior to joining Chatham, Mr. Kentoff previously served as Counsel at Innkeepers USA Trust from 2005 through 2010. Mr. Kentoff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University and his Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar.

Mr. Jeremy Bruce Wegner has been Chief Financial Officer of Chatham Lodging Trust since May 04, 2015 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Wegner has a significant track record of involvement in more than $50 billion of mergers, acquisitions and equity and debt financings. Prior to joining Chatham, he served as vice president of mergers and acquisitions for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide where he was responsible for identifying and executing merger, acquisition and divestiture opportunities. At Starwood, he played a significant role in evaluating strategic alternatives for its timeshare business and executing the announced spin-off. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Vice President in the real estate investment banking groups at Barclays Capital Inc. and Lehman Brothers where he covered the lodging sector for over ten years. He began his career as an analyst in the investment banking group at Credit Suisse in 1998. Mr. Wegner received a BA in Economics from Brown University.

Mr. Dennis M. Craven, CPA has been the Chief Operating Officer at Chatham Lodging Trust since June 01, 2015 and has been its Executive Vice President since September 9, 2010. Mr. Craven served as the Chief Financial Officer at Chatham Lodging Trust from September 9, 2010 to June 01, 2015 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until May 4, 2015. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Innkeepers USA Trust from March 31, 2006 to August 2010. Prior to joining Innkeepers, Mr. Craven served as Principal and Chief Accounting Officer at Addison Capital Advisors in Memphis, Tenn. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at Independent Bank Corp., where he specialized in corporate financial planning and analysis. Previously, Mr. Craven served as Chief Accounting Officer at RFS Hotel Investors Inc. since 2001. He served as Vice President and Controller at RFS Hotel Investors, Inc. from November 2000 to January 2002. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Craven worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he served as Senior Manager in their Assurance and Business Advisory Services group. Throughout his career in public accounting, he specialized in the hospitality and financial services industries. Mr. Craven is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Mississippi. He received a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
