David T. Provost previously served as Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of Talmer Bancorp, Inc., and as Chief Executive Officer of Talmer Bank and Trust (???Talmer Bank???) beginning in 2008 and Chairman of Talmer Bank beginning in December 2009.
