Mr. Anders M. Tomson has been the President of Chemung Canal Trust Company and Chemung Financial Corporation since July 2015 and as its Chief Executive Officer and Director since December 22, 2016. Mr. Tomson served as the President of Capital Bank Division at Chemung Canal Trust Company, a subsidiary of Chemung Financial Corporation since April 20, 2011. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Chemung Canal Trust Company and Chemung Financial Corporation from July 2015 to December 22, 2016. Mr. Tomson joined the Chemung Financial Corp. in 2011. He served as President of Capital Bank & Trust Company, a subsidiary bank of Fort Orange Financial Corp. since January 1, 2011. He served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Division Executive at Citizens Bank in Albany from 2006 to 2010. He served as a Director of Fort Orange Financial Corp.

Mr. Louis C. DiFabio has been an Executive Vice President of the Business Client Services Group at Chemung Canal Trust Company since December 31, 2015. Mr. DiFabio oversees the Chemung Canal and Capital Bank commercial lending teams. He supervises residential, consumer and indirect lending. He provides oversight for Chemung Canal's Credit Department and Business Services Unit. He served as Vice President of Chemung Financial Corporation since 2015. He served as Executive Vice President for Retail Banking at Chemung Canal Trust Company since 2011 and as Senior Vice President since 2005. He has nearly a decade of commercial lending experience, prior to his move to the retail division of Chemung Canal. Mr. DiFabio joined Chemung Canal Trust as a Management Trainee in 1987 and was elected as an Officer in 1991. He serves as the President of the Board of Managers of the Elmira City Club and is Co-Chair of the Chemung Chamber's Public Affairs Council. He serves on the Board of the Chemung County Chamber of Commerce, the Community Foundation of Elmira, Corning and the Finger Lakes. He was a Director of St. Joseph's Healthcare Systems and St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation. Mr. DiFabio is a graduate of SUNY Albany and earned an MBA from Syracuse University.

Ms. Karen R. Makowski has been the Chief Administrative & Risk Officer and Executive Vice President at Chemung Financial Corporation since 2011. Ms. Makowski has been Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer & Risk Officer of Chemung Canal Trust Company since November 16, 2011. She served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Panther Community Bank Florida since 2006.

Mr. Karl F. Krebs has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Chemung Canal Trust Company a subsidiary of Chemung Financial Corporation since October 16, 2013. Mr. Krebs has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Chemung Financial Corporation since October 16, 2013 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has more than 30 years of banking experience, began his career in 1982 and most recently, served as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of Financial Institutions Inc. and its subsidiary, Five Star Bank since October 1, 2009 until April 2013. Mr. Krebs returned to Financial Institutions after serving as a Senior Financial Specialist at West Valley Environmental Services, LLC during 2009 and President of Robar General Funding Corp. from 2006 to 2008. During his banking career he has held management positions at: Goldome Bank, Key Corp, National City and HSBC before joining Financial Institutions/Five Star. Mr. Krebs was previously employed by Financial Institutions as a Senior Financial Officer from 2004 to 2006. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Operations Officer at the Financial Institutions's largest subsidiary prior to consolidation in 2005 and Senior Vice President and Line-of-Business Finance Director subsequent to consolidation. He is a Board Member of the Buffalo Museum of Science and a past member of the Board of Trustees of the New York State Bankers Retirement System. He earned a BS in Accounting from Canisius College and an MBA, with a concentration in Finance and Accounting, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Mr. Thomas W. Wirth, also known as Tom, CFA has been an Executive Vice President of Wealth Management Group and Wealth Management Group Division Manager at Chemung Canal Trust Company since 2015. Mr. Wirth serves as a Senior Vice President and Senior Investment Officer at Chemung Canal Trust Company, Asset Management Arm. He serves as Senior Vice President of Chemung Financial Corp. Mr. Wirth began his career at Chemung Canal Trust Company in 1984 as a Summer Employee and then joined full time as a Management Trainee in 1987 and served as its Senior Investment Officer for Investment Services Department. Mr. Wirth entered trust investments in 1990 and became a Trust Investment Officer in 1993. Mr. Wirth served as Senior Vice President of Investment Services Department at Chemung Canal Trust Company since 2004 and also served as its Chief Investment Officer. He then earned the title Finance/Asset/Liability Manager and Bank Portfolio Manager in 1996. Mr. Wirth was promoted to Assistant Vice President later and Vice President just two years later in 1998, gaining the title Trust Services Investment Manager in 1999. He was then promoted in 2004 to the Senior Vice President designation. Mr. Wirth is a Vice President and Board Member of the Arnot Art Museum and is the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Notre Dame High School. He is a member of the Association of Investment Managers & Researchers (AIMR). Mr. Wirth has obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He graduated from Elmira Free Academy and attended Wake Forest University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
