Mr. Jeffrey B. Lown II, also known as Jay, has been the President of Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corporation since October 2012 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since March 23, 2017 and served as its Chief Investment Officer since October 2012 until March 2016. Mr. Lown has been a Managing Director of NewOak Capital LLC since November 2009. Mr. Lown is responsible for coordinating all activities relating to the US Government related mortgage lending programs through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the FHA, as well as developing mortgage advisory solutions and focusing on Bank Advisory and Recapitalization at NewOak Capital. He serves as Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager of Avenue Capital Mortgage REIT Inc. Mr. Lown has over 20 years of combined experience in the financial services industry and the residential mortgage markets. He joined Freedom Mortgage in 2012. Mr. Lown has an extensive career in the residential mortgage sector, where he held senior roles in mortgage trading, banking and risk management at UBS Securities LLC and Citigroup, including management of a mortgage origination business at UBS Securities LLC from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Lown served as a Senior Advisor to the Office of Thrift Supervision. Mr. Lown served as a Portfolio Manager at Avenue Capital Group from April 2011 to January 2012. He was a Principal of GreenLake Investment Partners, LLC since 2010. Mr. Lown spent 11 months at NewOak Capital LLC as head of the Residential Mortgage Loan Business and as a Member of the bank advisory group. At OTS, he served as an Advisor to the Senior Deputy Director's office and focused on residential mortgage loan origination and residential asset valuation and RMBS. He served as an Acting Deputy Director of Examinations, Supervision and Consumer Protection and Regional Staff on troubled institutions. From April 2002 to March 2008, Mr. Lown served at UBS Securities LLC. At UBS Securities, Mr. Lown managed an internal mortgage origination platform specializing in Alt-A mortgage loans, overseeing all units within the organization, including sales, capital markets and operations. He has been a Director of Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corporation since October 9, 2013. Mr. Lown began his career at Salomon Brothers (now Citigroup) in 1991, where he spent 11 years working for the mortgage trading desk. At Citigroup, he held several positions both in investment banking and mortgage finance roles. He developed strong credit, contract finance and securitization skills. Mr. Lown has 20 years' experience in the residential mortgage markets. Mr. Lown was a fellow at the Office of Thrift Supervision, or OTS, from March 2008 to September 2009.

Mr. Julian B. Evans has been Chief Investment Officer of Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corporation since March 2016. Mr. Evans has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He served as Sector Manager in the Fixed Income Group at Deutsche Asset Management Inc. He served as Head of the MBS Sector Team and Senior Portfolio Manager for Deutsche Asset Management from April 2004 to September 2012. At Deutsche Asset Management, Mr. Evans led a team that managed RMBS assets for institutional, insurance and retail clients. In his role, Mr. Evans was responsible for establishing the mortgage strategy for the investment platform. Mr. Evans began his career at Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase) in 1992 where he spent two years working as an analyst in the Not-for Profit and Health Care Division. He joined Freedom Mortgage in April 2013 as a Senior Vice President. He joined DeAM on April 19, 2004. Mr. Evans served as a Vice President and Senior Mortgage-Backed Securities Trader at Times Square Capital Management, Inc., (formerly Cigna Investment Management), where he was the primary Trader for all mortgage-related products including pass-throughs, CMOs and commercial mortgage-backed securities from August 1999 to April 2004. From 1994 to 1997, he was a Senior Analyst in the global credit department at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc., being responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of the firm's institutional counter parties and monitoring trades to enhance the risk management process. He serves as a Director of Deutsche Asset Management Inc. In 1999, Mr. Evans received an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. In addition, Mr. Evans holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College, Hartford CT, which he received in 1992.

Mr. Martin J. Levine has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corporation since October 2012 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer Mr. Levine was Executive in Charge of Loan Administration at Real Estate Mortgage Network, Inc. from April 2008 to May 2011. Mr. Levine Co-founded Orchid Island TRS, LLC in 1999 and served as its Chief Operation Officer and Executive Vice President until March 31, 2007. In 1987, Mr. Levine launched First Builder Financial Corporation, where he served as President until its merger with Olde Town Mortgage in 1989 to form First Town Mortgage Corporation. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of First Town Mortgage Corporation until its purchase in 1999 by Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation. He has over 30 years of industry expertise. Mr. Levine served as an officer of SouthStar Funding until November 2005. Mr. Levine has worked at some of the most respected companies in the industry, including Touche Ross and Company, Coopers and Lybrand, Kenneth Leventhal and Company and Pan American Properties. He spearheads Opteum Financial Services, LLC's operational strategy nationwide. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Mortgage Bankers Association and the New Jersey Homebuilders Association. He is also a member of numerous professional and community organizations. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting at New York University.
