Mr. Michael P. McMasters, also known as Mike, is the Chief Executive Officer of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since January 1, 2011 and President of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation at Sharp Energy, Inc. Mr. McMasters served as the Chief Operating Officer of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation from September 15, 2008 to December 2010 and served as its Executive Vice President from September 15, 2008 to February 2010. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation from January 1997 to September 15, 2008, Senior Vice President from 2004 to September 15, 2008 and Principal Accounting Officer until September 15, 2008. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Peninsula Energy Services Company, Inc. He served as Vice President of Chesapeake Utilities Corp. since December 1996 and Treasurer from December 1996 to July 11, 2003. He served as Vice President of Eastern Shore, Director of Accounting and Rates and Controller. From 1992 to May 1994, he served as Director of Operations Planning for Equitable Gas Company. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Salisbury University.

Ms. Elaine B. Bittner has been Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since May 14, 2013. Ms. Bittner served as a Vice President of Strategic Development at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation from June 2010 to May 14, 2013. She served as Vice President of Eastern Shore Natural Gas Company (ESNG), a subsidiary of Chesapeake Utilities Corp. since May 5, 2005. She serves as President of Aspire Energy, Chief Operating Officer of Aspire Energy, Chief Operating Officer of Sharp Energy, Chief Operating Officer of Peninsula Energy Services Company, Chief Operating Officer of Xeron Inc. She joined Chesapeake Utilities Corp. in 1996 as an Environmental Engineer and was promoted to Manager of Environmental Affairs in 1999. Since 2001, she served as Director of Customer Service and Regulatory Affairs at ESNG. She was promoted to Director of ESNG in 2003. In 2004, she was named Chesapeake's Peake Manager of the Year. She attended Pennsylvania State University for a Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering and earned a concentrated engineering degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland. She holds an MBA from Wilmington College.

Ms. Beth W. Cooper serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Eastern Shore Natural Gas Co. Ms. Cooper was appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation in September 2008. Previously, she served as Corporate Secretary from June 2005 through March 2015, Vice President from June 2005 through September 2008 and Treasurer from 2003 until 2012. Ms. Cooper joined the Company in 1990 and since that time has previously served as Assistant Treasurer, Assistant Secretary, Director of Internal Audit, and Director of Strategic Planning. Before joining the Company, Ms. Cooper was an auditor with Ernst & Young's Entrepreneurial Services Group.

Mr. Stephen C. Thompson has been Senior Vice President of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since 2004. Mr. Thompson is also President and Chief Operating Officer of Eastern Shore Natural Gas Company. Mr. Thompson joined Eastern Shore in 1983. During his tenure with Eastern Shore, he has also served as Senior Vice President, Vice President, Director of Gas Supply and Marketing, Superintendent of Eastern Shore, and Regional Manager for the Florida distribution operations.

Mr. Jeffry M. Householder, also known as Jeff, has been President of Florida Public Utilities Company, Inc since June 2010 and President of Peninsula Pipeline Company, Inc. Mr. Householder has been President of Florida Public Utilities Company, Inc. since June 14, 2010. For the past ten years, he has operated a consulting practice that provided business development and regulatory services to utilities, propane retailers and industrial clients. Prior to starting his consulting business, he served in officer level positions with TECO Peoples Gas, West Florida Natural Gas and NUI City Gas. He also spent several years in various roles with the electric and gas utilities operated by Tallahassee Utilities. He is a graduate of Florida State University.

Mr. Vikrant A. Gadgil serves as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation. Mr. Gadgil joined Chesapeake Utilities Corporation in September 2015 and is responsible for leading the Information Technology team and the strategy for aligning technology platforms ' networking, business systems, applications, telephony, data communications and cyber security resources. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Gadgil held the position of Deputy Chief Information Officer and was Senior Director for Global PMO and Security at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc, a Fortune 1000 company. He has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.

Mr. James F. Moriarty, also known as Jim, has been the senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since February 2017 and March 10, 2015 and served as its Vice President since March 10, 2015 until February 2017. Previously, Mr. Moriarty was a Partner of Locke Lord LLP and Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP, both international law firms with offices in Washington, D.C. He has represented a broad spectrum of companies on energy regulatory issues before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and has counseled energy industry leaders on rate, tariff, contract, certificate, commercial, compliance and enforcement matters. He has extensive experience providing legal advice to interstate gas pipelines and local natural gas distribution companies. During his career, Mr. Moriarty has developed innovative strategies for the prompt consideration of complex regulatory, enforcement and trade matters before the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government and has provided representation before the FERC, the Department of Energy and federal and state courts throughout the country. Mr. Moriarty is a member of the American Bar Association and the Energy Bar Association and served on the Board of Regents of The Catholic University of America. Mr. Moriarty earned a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University where he was named a University Scholar. He received his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America School of Law and his Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center.

Mr. Richard G. Garcia has been President of Xeron Inc at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since January 2011. Mr. Garcia served as Vice President of Xeron since 2003. He was employed by CMS Energy, Entergy and Burlington Resources in various energy trading roles. Mr. Garcia has twenty-two years of experience in the energy industry.

Mr. Thomas E. Mahn, also known as Tom has been Vice President of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since June 29, 2017 has been its Treasurer since May 4, 2012. Mr. Mahn serves as Head of Finance Department at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation. He served as Director of Finance of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since April 02, 2012. Prior to joining Chesapeake Utilities, Mr. Mahn served as Vice President and Treasurer for Perdue Incorporated, a privately held food and agribusiness company with $5.0 billion in annual domestic and international sales. In addition, he developed and administered corporate policies for risk management, commodity positions, strategic initiatives and employee benefit plans. Mr. Mahn held several positions in Finance during his 35 year career with Perdue including Treasurer, Manager of Banking and Finance, Corporate Credit Manager and Property Accounting Manager. He also served on the Board of Directors of Coast Hospice, Joseph House Village and the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore. Since 1990, Mr. Mahn has also served as an Adjunct Faculty Member within the Finance department at Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD. Mr. Mahn received his Masters of Business Administration from Salisbury University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration - Finance degree from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York.

Mr. S. Robert Zola, also known as Bob, has been President of Sharp Energy, Inc., a subsidiary of Chesapeake Utilities Corp. since August 2002. Mr. Zola serves as President of Austin Cox Home Services, Inc. He served as Northeast Regional Manager of Synergy Gas, now Cornerstone MLP in Philadelphia, PA. During his 24-year career in the propane industry, Mr. Zola also started Bluestreak Propane in Phoenix, AZ, which developing the business, was sold to Ferrell Gas.
