Mr. Thomas C. Theobald, also known as Tom, serves as a Senior Advisor at Chicago Growth Partners. He has been a Partner and Senior Advisor at Chicago Growth Partners since September 2004. He was a Member of Executive Board at MidOcean Partners. From July 1987 to August 1994, Mr. Theobald served as the Chief Executive Officer at Continental Bank Corporation. He joined Continental Bank Corp. when it was controlled by the FDIC. Mr. Theobald spearheaded a turnaround and returned Continental to full public ownership in 1991. He remained as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until 1994 when it was sold to BankAmerica Corporation.
