Mr. Xianfu Han has been the Chief Executive Officer of China Advanced Construction Materials Group, Inc. (formerly, TJS Wood Flooring, Inc.) since April 29, 2008 and served as its Acting President from June 2009 to January 2010. Mr. Han is a senior engineer with over 25 years of management experience in the building material industry. He contributed to the draft of the Local Standard of Mineral Admixtures regulations and was responsible for the Research and Application of Green High Performance Concrete published by the Ministry of Construction. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of China Advanced Construction Materials Group, Inc., from August 2008 to November 2008 and also served as its Interim Principal Accounting Officer until November 2008. Mr. Han has been the Chairman of China Advanced Construction Materials Group, Inc. (formerly, TJS Wood Flooring, Inc.) since April 29, 2008. He has been Chairman of the Board of Beijing Xin Ao Concrete Group (Xin Ao) since January 2003 and main responsibilities include daily board leadership and strategy initiatives. From January 2001 to March 2007, he served as an Executive Vice Chairman of the Beijing Concrete Association. He has been the Chairman at Beijing Tsinghua University Management School's Weilun Club since November 2002 and his responsibilities involve daily management work. He contributed to the draft of the Local Standard of Mineral Admixtures regulations and was responsible for the Research and Application of Green High Performance Concrete published by the Ministry of Construction. He graduated in 1995 from the Tsinghua University executive MBA program. Mr. Han received his Bachelor degree in engineering management in 1992 from Northern China University of Technology.

Mr. Weili He has been the Chief Operating Officer at China Advanced Construction Materials Group, Inc. (formerly TJS Wood Flooring, Inc) since April 29, 2008 and its Interim Chief Financial Officer since September 21, 2012 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. He has extensive construction and concrete engineering experience in China and Japan on numerous high profile projects. He served as an Assistant General Manager of the Beijing Construction Group. His expertise is plant management and operations. From January 2003 to August 2007, he served as the Chairman of Directors at Beijing Xinhang Construction Materias Co., Ltd. Mr. He has been Vice Chairman of China Advanced Construction Materials Group, Inc. since April 29, 2008 and its Director since April 29, 2008. His main responsibility at Beijing Xinhang is strategy planning. He has been Vice Chairman of the Beijing Concrete Association since 2007. His main work is market research at the association. Since August 2007, he has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Xin Ao. His main responsibility at Xin Ao is large client development. Mr. He received a bachelor's degree in law from Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C.

Xueying Ma serves as the Chief Engineer of China Advanced Construction Materials Group, Inc. Xueying Ma has 10+ years of research & management experience within the concrete industry. Xueying Ma participated in major projects of Oriental Plaza, the State Opera, and the Beijing South Train Station. Xueying Ma served as Director of Anhui Guotong Hi-Tech Pipes Ind. until December 31, 2010.
