Mr. Guohua Ku has been the Chief Executive Officer of China Recycling Energy Corp., since December 10, 2008. Mr. Ku served as the President and Chief Technology Officer of China Recycling Energy Corp. He served as Senior Technology and Marketing Officer for several large Chinese state-owned companies. He served as a Senior Engineer of Yingfeng Technology from 2003 to 2007. From 1979 to 2003, Mr. Ku served in multiple capacities for Shan Xi Blast Air Blower (Group) Co. Ltd., and served as its Senior Engineer. He gained tremendous experiences and developed exceptional expertise on the development and operation of TRT programs and energy recycling systems. He has been the Chairman of the Board of China Recycling Energy Corp. since April 1, 2009. He served as the Chairman of the Board of China Recycling Energy until August 2007. He has been a Director of China Recycling Energy Corp. since December 10, 2008 and previously served in the same position until August 2007. Mr. Ku graduated from Northwestern University (China) with the Master of Business Administration.

Mr. Geyun Wang has been Vice President of China Recycling Energy Corporation since 2015. Mr. Wang served as Deputy General Manager of China Recycling Energy Corporation since 2008. He has extensive experience in sales of steel products and environment protection productions, as well as project management. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Wang served as the Vice President of Sales for Shaanxi Baoji Hongguang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., and from 1989 to 2001, Mr. Wang served as the Sales Supervisor for Xi???an Yinhe Environment Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. He has been an Executive Director of China Recycling Energy Corporation since 2014. Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University.

Ms. Binfeng Gu, also known as Adeline, has been Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of China Recycling Energy Corporation since September 28, 2016. Ms. Gu served as the Investor Relations Director Assistant of China Natural Gas, Inc. from December 2007 to August 13, 2012. From March 2007 to December 2007, She was the Manager of Investment Department of Xi???an Huiyi Venture Capital Co., Ltd. She served as a Director of China Recycling Energy Corporation since August 2012 until September 27, 2016. Ms. Gu studied at Northwest University of China from September, 1995 to June, 1999 and received her bachelor degree majored in English. She holds Chinese Accounting Certificate since 2000.

Mr. Lanwei Li serves as Vice President and Director of Business at China Recycling Energy Corp. Mr. Li serves as Chief Operating Officer of China Recycling Energy Corp. Mr. Li served as a Director of China Recycling Energy Corp., since April 1, 2009. He has a higher education background in investment economy management.
