Mr. Li Xin Xiao has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accountant of China Southern Airlines Company Limited since March 27, 2015 and its Executive Vice President since November 22, 2017. Mr. Xiao began his career in July 1991 and served as the General Manager Assistant, Deputy General Manager, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of the Finance Department of China Southern Airlines Company Limited. Mr. Xiao graduated from GuangDong Academy of Social Sciences with a Master's degree in Economics and then obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Tsinghua University. He is a qualified Senior Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Zi Fang Zhang has been an Executive Vice President of China Southern Airlines Company Limited since December 27, 2007 and its Executive Director since June 30, 2009 also serves as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Zhang is the candidate director. He served as the Deputy Commissar and subsequently the Commissar of the Pilot Corps of China Northern Airlines Company and later on the Party Secretary of the Jilin Branch. He served as General Manager of Dalian Branch of CSAHC Northern Airlines and Director of Political Department of CSAHC. He graduated with a master degree of Business Administration from School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, EMBA Major. Mr. Zhang is an expert of political science.

Mr. Zhang served as Chief Operating Officer of Flight Operations at China Southern Airlines Company Limited since January 4, 2017. Mr. Zhang served as the Chief pilot of China Southern Airlines Co. Mr. Ben Sen Yang has been the COO of Flight Safety at China Southern Airlines Company Limited since July 18, 2017. Mr. Yang served as the Chief Pilot at China Southern Airlines Company Limited since January 4, 2017. Mr. Yang served as the squadron leader and head of the technology section at the Ninth Flight Group of CAAC, Deputy Group Leader and Group Leader of the Flight Group at CAAC Urumqi Administration and General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Flight Group at CAAC Urumqi Administration. He worked as General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Flight Division of Xinjiang Airlines in January 2002, Deputy General Manager of Xinjiang Branch of China Southern Air Holding Company in December 2002, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Xinjiang Branch of China Southern Airlines Company Limited in January 2005 and Member and Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Xinjiang Branch of China Southern Airlines Company Limited in July 2005. Mr. Yang is a CPC member and began his career in December 1978. He graduated with a college degree from the aircraft piloting major of Civil Aviation Flight University of China.

Mr. Wei Hua Chen has been the Chief Pilot of China Southern Airlines Co. Ltd since July 18, 2017. Mr. Chen served as General Counsel and General Manager of the Legal Department of China Southern Airlines Co. Ltd since October 2008 and served as its Chief Legal Adviser Director of the Legal Department since June 2004. Mr. Chen joined the Civil Aviation Administration of China in 1988. He then joined the CSAHC in January 1991. From 1997 to 2003, he served as Director of the Legal Affairs Office of China Southern Airlines Co. Ltd. He serves as a Director of Xiamen Airlines Company Limited. He served as Vice Director of China Southern Airlines Co. from 1997 to 2003. He is a qualified Solicitor and a qualified Corporate Legal Counsellor. Mr. Chen graduated from the school of law of Peking University.

Mr. Wen Sheng Han has been Executive Vice President at China Southern Airlines Company Limited since November 22, 2017. Mr. Sheng joined China Southern Airlines Company Limited in August 1987. Mr. Han holds Master Degree from Tianjin University with majoring in Management Engineering.

Mr. Liang Su has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Engineer of China Southern Airlines Company Limited since July 18, 2017. Mr. Su served as Deputy Managing Director of SkyTeam Airline Alliance Management Co'?peratie U.A. since June 2011. Mr. Su served as the Chief Economist of China Southern Airlines Co. Ltd. since December 2007. He served as Company Secretary of China Southern Airlines Company Limited from June 26, 2000 to November 26, 2007. He joined the airline in 1990. During the period from 1998 to 1999, Mr. Su served as Deputy Manager of the Flight Operations Department, China Southern Airlines Shenzhen Co. and from 1999 to 2000, he served as the Manager of the Planning and Administration Department of China Southern Airlines Shenzhen Co. He served positions in such departments as Flight Operations, Engineering and Cargo. Mr. Su was in charge of the international cargo project of China Southern Airlines Shenzhen Co., responsible for the planning and development of China Southern Airlines Shenzhen Co.'s North American cargo business. He serves as the Chairman of China Southern West Australian Flying College Pty Ltd. Mr. Su was a graduate of the Cranfield College of Aeronautics, University of Cranfield, United Kingdom, specializing in Air Transport Management Engineering.

Mr. Zhi Xue Wang has been the COO of Flight Operations of China Southern Airlines Company Limited since July 18, 2017. Mr. Wang served as Executive Vice President of China Southern Airlines Company Limited since August 3, 2012 and served as its Chief Pilot since August 3, 2012 until January 4, 2017. Mr. Wang began his career in 1981. He has served as the Manager of the Flight Safety Technology Inspection Division of Zhuhai Airlines Company Limited, Deputy Chief Pilot and Director of the Flight Safety Technology Division as well as the Vice President of Shantou Airlines Company Limited. He served as the General Manager of the Flight Management Division of the China Southern Airlines Co. Ltd. from October 2004 to February 2009 and the General Manager of the Flight operation Division of the China Southern Airlines Co. Ltd. in Guangzhou from February 2009 to July 2012. Mr. Wang has a university degree.
