Mr. Jie Han has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of China XD Plastics Company Ltd. since January 2008. Mr. Han served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of NB Telecom, Inc. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of China XD Plastics Company Ltd. He co-founded Xinda in 2004. He served as Chief Financial Officer of China XD Plastics Company Ltd. until May 2009. Prior to organizing Xinda High-tech, which was founded in 2003, Mr. Han was associated with the Harbin Xinda Nylon Factory, which he founded in 1985. He has 24 years of experiences in the industry. He is an Expert in the management and financial works dealing with the manufacture and distribution of modified plastic products. He was the Chairman of Harbin Xinda Macromolecule Material Co. He serves as the Chairman of China XD Plastics Company Ltd. and has been its Director since December 31, 2008. Mr. Han serves as an Executive Director of China Plastic Processing Industry Association and also a Director of the Heilongjiang Industry and Commerce Association. He served as Director of NB Telecom, Inc., since December 2008. He serves as a Deputy to the Harbin Municipal People's Congress. Mr. Han received a business management degree from the Heilongjiang Provincial Party School.

Mr. Junjie Ma serves as the Head of Research Institute of China XD Plastics Company Ltd. Mr. Ma has been Chief Technology Officer of China XD Plastics Company Ltd since May 26, 2009. Mr. Ma has been Head of Research Institute of Harbin Xinda Macromolecule Material Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China XD Plastics Company Ltd. since 2008. He served as a Technician at Harbin Longjiang Electrical Plant from 1997 to 2004 and served as a Supervisor and Manager of Harbin Xinda Macromolecule Material Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Ma is a polymer materials engineers and has developed more than 120 plastic additives, modified plastics for automobiles and engineering plastics among which 50 products have been approved by auto enterprises. He served as a Director of China XD Plastics Company Ltd. since December 2008 until May 14, 2009. Mr. Ma graduated major in Polymer materials and engineering from Beijing University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Qingwei Ma has been the General Manager of Harbin Xinda Macromolecule Material Co.,Ltd.(Xinda) since it was founded in 2004. Mr. Ma has been the Chief Operating Officer of China XD Plastics Company Ltd. since 2008 and has been its Director since December 31, 2008. He served for six years at Harbin Xinda Nylon Factory as Manager of Quality Assurance, then as Manager of Research and Development and finally as Production Manager. He has 11 years of experiences in the industry. He has been a Director of NB Telecom, Inc. since December 31, 2008. He also published two articles in China's key journals in the areas of modified plastic industry. In 2001, Mr. Ma was selected as ???Harbin Quality Work Advanced Enterprise and Advanced Worker???; in 2004, he was awarded the Heilongjiang First Professional Manager Qualification Certificate. One of his inventions, ???compound nano modified materials dedicated to the automobile bumper??? won the ???Science and Technology Progress Awards??? issued by Harbin Municipality. In 1997, Mr. Ma received a Bachelor Degree from the Northern China Technology University, with specialized in the Chemical Engineering of high polymers.

Mr. Dahe Zhang, also known as Taylor, has been the Chief Financial Officer of China XD Plastics Company Ltd., since May 1, 2009 and serves as Secretary and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of New York. Mr. Zhang is a native of Harbin and has over eight years of professional experience in finance and operations in a broad range of industries. Prior to joining China XD in May 2009, Mr. Zhang served as the Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Battery Technologies, Inc. between May 2008 and March 2009. He served as Executive Vice President of Finance for China Natural Gas from July 2007 to May 2008. Prior to this, he served as a Financial Analyst of New York Private Equity covering early-stage companies of multiple industries with focus on the energy sector. From 2000 to 2002, he was employed as Finance Manager by Datong Thermal Power Limited. He has been a Director of China XD Plastics Company Ltd., since May 14, 2009. Mr. Zhang holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from the Beijing Technology and Business University.
