Mr. Song Wang founded ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. in 1998 and serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wang oversees the strategic direction of ChinaCache and it has transformed from a small start-up to an established and leading content and application delivery service provider in China. Mr. Wang served as the chief representative of Business 2000 Resources Beijing Office from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Wang served as a Greater China senior counsel for Boston Technology, Inc. from 1995 to 1996. He worked for Northern China Computer Technologies Institute as a computer-aided design engineer from 1987 to 1995. Mr. Wang studied French at the China Foreign Affairs University and attended EMBA training courses on top manager management at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.

Mr. Rene Bos has been Vice President of Global Corporate Development at ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd since July 30, 2014. Mr. Bos Co-founded EcoFocus WorldWide, LLC and serves as its Chief Research Officer. Mr. Bos served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific at Survey Sampling International LLC since March 2010. He joined SSI in March 2010. He served as an Executive Director of Online Research Business Development, Asia Pacific at The Nielsen Company. He has 20+ years of expertise developing, managing and selling research and consulting services to clients in Europe and Asia Pacific. He is a Professional with extensive experience in marketing research. He had been long worked with the leading Dutch market research company NIPO and had ever served as the Chairman and Managing Director for its Hong Kong-based company Asia Commercial Research Ltd for two years. And after NIPO's acquisition by TNS, he held a senior international role in TNS Corporate's head office in London. He served as Head of Netherlands' based NIPO's International Research business unit from 1990 to 1996 and Director of International Research for TNS from 1996 to 2006. He served as Director of Integration TNS/NFO for EMEA region in from 2003 to 2004. Mr. Bos holds an MA in Political Science and International Relations from Amsterdam University. He has a Pre-Doctoral Degree in Political Science from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. He holds an MSc. in International Relations from Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Ms. Fengye Gao has been Principal Financial & Accounting Officer of ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd., since September 7, 2017 and serves as its Financial Controller.

Ms. Xiaohong Kou, also known as Jean, Co-Founded ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. in 1998 and serves as Senior Vice President. Ms. Kou was in charge of developing human resources strategy, business development functionality and financial strategy development and supervises day-to-day administrative matters. Prior to ChinaCache, she worked for seven years at Town Sky Technology Group, an information technology company based in Hong Kong, as senior sales manager for Greater China area. She serves as a Director of ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. Ms. Kou studied computer applications at Beijing Jiaotong University and attended training courses on human resources and financial management at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
