Mr. Kai Chu, also known as George, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc. since May 12, 2010. Since December 2007, Mr. Chu served as the Head of the Beijing and Hubei Operations at Dachan Food (Asia) Ltd. in Beijing. From June 2007 to December 2007, Mr. Chu served as Business Advisor to the Chinese Aviation and Space Industry Development Association (CASIDA) in Taipei. From January 2005 to June 2007, Mr. Chu served as a Senior Manager at the Royal Bank of Canada Financial Group, Asset Management in Vancouver, Toronto and New York. He has been a Director of ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc. since June 25, 2015. He holds BBA from Simon Fraser University.

Mr. Jenfeng Wu, also known as Ken, has been the Chief Information Officer of ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc. since February 1, 2015. Mr. Wu has an extensive IT background with demonstrated career success in many areas ranging from infrastructure, database and security management, research and development, website design and development and system integration. Prior to joining ChinaNet, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Blackwell Global Investments (Cyprus) Limited, where he established and managed the infrastructure, software development, system implementation and maintenance of the company's IT systems. He served as Managing Director of Trussti Technologies, offering software solutions for the Forex market and General Manager of Kenchi Computer Science Company which specializes in providing professional IT services in Taiwan. Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering from Tatung University, Taiwan.

Mr. Zhang Zhige has been the Chief Financial Officer of ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc. since January 2009 and serves as its Treasurer. Mr. Zhang served as Principal Accounting Officer of ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc. He served as Vice President of Emazing Interactive Inc. He has over six years' experience in software development and Internet ad technology. From August 2002 to December 2006, Mr. Zhang acted as Chief Operating Officer of Beijing HSHZ Information System Engineering Company. From January 2007 to December 2007, Mr. Zhang served as Vice President of Fu Jian Rong Ji Software Limited. Mr. Zhang served as a Director of ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc. since January 2009. From January 2008 to January 2009, Mr. Zhang served as Executive Director of China Net and from January 2007 to December 2007, Director of Fu Jian Rong Ji Software Limited. Mr. Zhang holds a degree in industry design from Guilin University of Electronic Technology.
