You can easily get your tasks and projects done at the office. Very few restrictions, if any, that prevent you from completing your work. Most people are willing to help
While everyone has their strengths, little is done to address team weaknesses. There's often a large dose of passive aggression which becomes toxic and discourages people from interacting with one another.
There are some coworkers who have great knowledge of the product and processes while others struggle to keep up (perhaps apathy). Unfortunately, there is little done to address this talent disparity.
The leadership is doing a good job overall but there can be more expression for the value they have in their employees. While they always talk about collaboration, what actually happens is akin to the watchmaker theory.
The work isn't very exciting but there is a lot to learn about the tech and processes. There can also be more exercises to improve team dynamic and communication as this appears to be a major barrier to progress
