Mr. Charles E. Garner II, also known as Charlie, has been the Chief Executive Officer of CIM Commercial Trust Corporation since August 20, 2014. Mr. Garner serves as a Principal of Investments at CIM Group, Inc. Mr. Garner joined CIM Group in January 2003 and has primary responsibility for the following activities in the eastern United States: sourcing and structuring joint venture investments, managing joint venture relationships and overseeing value creation strategies, project operations and dispositions. Mr. Garner has a leadership role in sourcing, acquiring and managing investments for its varied investment platforms. He has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and more than 11 years. Since 1996, Mr. Garner has worked closely with CIM Group in various capacities including originating Federal Realty Investment Trust's joint venture relationship with CIM Group and managing that relationship for Federal Realty. He has worked with CIM Group as a Consultant and Advisor on various equity and debt transactions. Mr. Garner began his career as a Certified Public Accountant in the Washington DC office of Price Waterhouse Coopers (formerly Price Waterhouse). He holds a BS degree in Management from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.

Mr. Barry N. Berlin has been Executive Vice President of Finance & Accounting and Treasurer at CIM Commercial Trust Corporation (a/k/a, PMC Commercial Trust) since March 11, 2014 and has been its Assistant Secretary since October 2008. Mr. Berlin served as an Executive Vice President at PMC Commercial Trust from October 2008 to March 11, 2014. Mr. Berlin served as the Chief Financial Officer of PMC Commercial Trust from June 1993 to March 11, 2014. He served as Treasurer and Assistant Secretary at PMC Commercial Trust since March 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of PMC Capital, Inc. from November 1992 to February 2004 and its Director of Compliance since November 1992. Mr. David A. Thompson, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer of CIM Commercial Trust Corporation (a/k/a, PMC Commercial Trust) since March 11, 2014. He is also the Principal, Chief Financial Officer at CIM Group, Inc. Mr. Thompson served as a Senior Vice President and Controller of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. (alternate name Hilton Hotels Corporation). since January 2006. Mr. Thompson has experience in developing new hospitality products, guest services and launching new hotels. He worked for a large public accounting firm for eight years prior to joining Hilton. He began his career as a C.P.A. in the Los Angeles office of Arthur Andersen & Co, where he was a manager in the audit practice. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of Adams Hotel Ltd. He served as a Non-Executive Director of BDL Management Ltd. Mr. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Jan F. Salit has been President and Secretary at CIM Commercial Trust Corporation since March 11, 2014. Mr. Salit served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Secretary of PMC Commercial Trust since October 2012 and served as its Treasurer since October 2008. Mr. Salit served as a Trust Manager of PMC Commercial Trust from October 26, 2012 to March 2014. Mr. Salit served as the Chief Operating Officer of PMC Commercial Trust from October 2008 to October 26, 2012, Executive Vice President from June 1993 to October 26, 2012, Chief Investment Officer and Assistant Secretary from January 1994 to October 26, 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President of PMC Capital Inc. from May 1993 to February 2004 and Chief Investment Officer and Assistant Secretary from January 1994 to February 2004. From 1979 to 1992, he was employed at Glenfed Financial Corporation and its predecessor company Armco Financial Corporation, holding various positions including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Salit received his BA from Michigan State University and his MBA from New York University.

Mr. Chris Allman has been a Managing Director of Capital Markets at CIM Commercial Trust Corporation since August 02, 2017. Mr. Allman joined CIM in 2013. Mr. Allman served as a Vice President at Thayer Lodging Group/Brookfield Hotels. Prior to joining Thayer/Brookfield Mr. Allman served as a Vice President in Capmark's (formerly GMAC Commercial Mortgage) Hospitality Industry Division. Mr. Allman began his investments career in 1998 at Cambridge Associates where he was an Investment Performance Analyst. Mr. Allman holds B.S. degrees in Finance and Environmental Science from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from the S.C. Johnson School of Business at Cornell University.
