Mr. Leonard L. Mazur has been Chairman and Secretary at Citius Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since March 30, 2016. Mr. Mazur served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer of Citius Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from September 12, 2014 to April 4, 2016. He co-founded Akrimax Pharmaceuticals in 2007. He Co-founded Triax Pharmaceuticals, LLC and served as its Chief Operating Officer from January 2005 to May 2012. He began his pharmaceutical career with Cooper Laboratories, Inc. in 1971, where he served as a Product Manager for ophthalmology, dermatology and other products. He was responsible for creating and growing the business that was sold to Pierre Fabre, a French dermatology company, in 2002. In 1995, he founded Genesis Pharmaceutical, Inc., and served as its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 2005 and President. In 1989, he became one of the first employees of Medicis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, a start-up dermatology pharmaceuticals company. Mr. Mazur was responsible for acquiring brands, as well as sales and marketing. He was promoted to Marketing Manager with responsibility for the ethical OTC division where he managed sales and licensing. He served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Knoll Pharma (a division of BASF) and Cooper Laboratories, Inc. In 1984, he joined ICN Pharmaceuticals as Vice President of Marketing and Sales and managed all aspects of the US pharmaceuticals group, including marketing, sales, licensing and acquisitions. In 1981, he joined Knoll Pharmaceuticals as Director of Product Management. After a 2-year transition period, Mr. Mazur joined Krivulka in founding Triax. He serves as a Vice Chairman of Akrimax Pharmaceuticals, Llc. He serves as a Member of Life Sciences & Healthcare Advisory Board at JRG Ventures, LLC. He has been a Director of Citius Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 12, 2014. He served as a Director of PhotoMedex, Inc. since May 13, 2009. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Manor College and is a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. Mr. Mazur received both his BA and MBA from Temple University and has served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.
