Mr. Marcum served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Citizens First Corp. and its subsidiary, Citizens First Bank from October 24, 2005 to January 2008 and Executive Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer until January 2008. Mr. Marcum served as Executive Vice President of Citizens First Bank until January 2008. From 1996 to October 2005, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Franklin BanCorp. Mr. Marc R. Lively has been the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Citizens First Corporation and its subsidiary, Citizens First Bank, Inc., since December 2011. Mr. Lively served as the Chief Executive Officer of Community First Inc. from 2000 to August 30, 2011 and as President from 2005 to August 30, 2011.
