Mr. Aaron J. Kuehne has been the Chief Financial Officer of Black Diamond, Inc. since November 1, 2013 and has been its Treasurer, Secretary since March 2013. Mr. Kuehne has been Chief Administrative Officer of Black Diamond, Inc. since May 16, 2016 and served as Principal Accounting Officer of Black Diamond, Inc. since March 15, 2013 and also served as its Vice President of Finance. Mr. Kuehne served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Black Diamond, Inc. since March 15, 2013 until November 1, 2013. Mr. Kuehne has been with Black Diamond for more than two years. With prior experience as a Manager at KPMG. Prior to joining Black Diamond in 2010, Mr. Kuehne served in various capacities with KPMG and as an Audit Manager. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Utah in 2002 and an MBA from the University of Utah -- David Eccles School of Business in 2004. Mr. Conrad Anker serves as consultant and Technical advisor of Black Diamond Equipment Ltd. Mr. Anker served as Black Diamond Retail's Assistant Manager for several years in the early 1990. He serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at The Golden Spike Company.

Mr. Christian Jaeggi serves as Head of BD Europe at Black Diamond Inc. Mr. Jaeggi served as Managing Director of Black Diamond Equipment, Ltd. Mr. Jaeggi, established Black Diamond Equipment AG in 1996, which consisted of one and a half people back then. Under his guidance Black Diamond soon became a competitive player in the European market. A climber and experienced mountaineer, he has traveled all around the world, conquering more than 1000 summits.
