Mr. Andrew J. Littlefair is a Co-Founder of Clean Energy Fuels Corp. and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since June 2001. He has been an Independent Director of Hilltop Holdings Inc. since November 30, 2012. He has been a Director at Clean Energy Fuels Corp. since June 2001. He served as a Director for PlainsCapital Corporation since September 14, 2009. He served as Director at Westport Innovations Inc. from July 19, 2007 to June 2010. Mr. Littlefair is credited with developing a number of the early successful models instrumental in switching fleets to natural gas while simultaneously building economically viable stations. He serves on the board of Trustees of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation. Mr. Littlefair holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Mitchell W. Pratt has been a Chief Operating Officer of Clean Energy Fuels Corp. since December 2010 and has been its Corporate Secretary since December 2002. Mr. Pratt served as Senior Vice President of Engineering, Operations and Public Affairs at Clean Energy Fuels Corp. since January 2006 until December 2012. Mr. Pratt served as Vice President for Business Development of Clean Energy Fuels Corp. from August 2001 to December 2005. Mr. Pratt came to Clean Energy following his stint as the General Manager of the Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) department for the Southern California Gas Company. His 18-year career represents a diverse background of leadership roles ranging from customer satisfaction, financial and distribution operations, to public policy, sales and market development. He earned a B.S. from the California State University at Northridge and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.

Mr. Barclay F. Corbus, also known as Clay, has been a Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at Clean Energy Fuels Corp., since September 2007. Mr. Corbus served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of WR Hambrecht + Co., LLC (W.R. Hambrecht & Company) from July 2004 to September 2007. He served as Senior Managing Director of Corporate Finance and Equity Auction Products of W.R. Hambrecht & Company. Prior to joining W.R. Hambrecht & Co in March 1999, he was in the investment banking group with Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Mr. Corbus also worked with Microsoft and consulted for many small businesses. He serves as Director of Medici Ventures, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Overstock.com Inc., since March 9, 2007. He serves as a Director of Alaska Energy and Resources Co. and Goodwill of San Francisco. Mr. Corbus graduated from Dartmouth College with an AB in Government and holds MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Robert M. Vreeland, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Clean Energy Fuels Corp. since October 31, 2014. Mr. Vreeland served as Finance Executive of Hypercom Corporation since April 2009. He served as the Head and Member of the Global Finance Team at Hypercom Corporation since April 2009. Mr. Vreeland served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Hypercom Corporation from April 28, 2008 to April 20, 2009. Mr. Vreeland has 25 years wealth of financial planning, analytics and accounting experience. Mr. Vreeland has been with Hypercom for 11 years. He served as Vice President of Americas Finance and Corporate FP&A of Hypercom since December 2005 and oversaw the controllership function for that region as well as the global corporate budget and forecast process. He served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Hypercom from January 1997 to May 2009. Mr. Vreeland served as Senior Vice President of Operations of Hypercom from 2004 to 2005. Mr. Vreeland served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Hypercom from 1998 to 2003 and was directly responsible for its accounting and financial reporting. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Vreeland served as Director of Finance and Administration of Hypercom International, where he directed all accounting and finance activity for its international locations. Mr. Vreeland served as a Senior Audit Manager with Coopers & Lybrand Phoenix office from 1995 to 1996 and served as Manager of its largest client. He was a Consultant at RV CPA Services, PLLC, a provider of certified public accounting services. He served for twelve years at Coopers & Lybrand. From 1993 to 1995, he served as an Audit Manager of Coopers & Lybrand's and was directly responsible for developing audit policy and training tools. From 1984 to 1993, Mr. Vreeland was with Coopers & Lybrand's Newport Beach, Calif., office, where he served a client base that consisted primarily of public and private manufacturing companies. Mr. Vreeland joined Coopers & Lybrand in 1984 as a Staff Accountant. He served for one year with KPMG Peat Marwick in Phoenix. Mr. Vreeland holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. J. Nathan Jensen, also known as Nate, serves as Vice President and General Counsel of Clean Energy Fuels Corp. Mr. Jensen oversees all business matters as they relate to corporate law at Clean Energy Fuels. His extensive experience in the field includes particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and working with public companies. Prior to joining Clean Energy, he practiced law at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he was an Associate. He is a Member of the State Bar of California and the Business Law section of the American Bar Association. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and a BA in History, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Harrison Clay serves as the President at Clean Energy Renewables LLC. Mr. Clay serves as Vice President of Renewable Fuels at Clean Energy Fuels Corp. Prior to joining Clean Energy, Mr. Clay served as Director of Corporate Development and General Counsel at the San Francisco investment bank WR Hambrecht + Co. He served as General Counsel of Clean Energy Fuels Corp. He has extensive experience in securities offerings, mergers & acquisitions, corporate development, venture capital and the clean tech and energy industries. Mr. Clay has a JD from the University of Virginia and a dual AB in Anthropology and English from the University of Georgia.
