They are not too high pressure and understand a lot of tech work goals are stretch with limited resources and operate in an agile mindset of being flexible to change and tech challenges.
If we make mistakes, everyone is happy to admit and accept them as a learning opportunity and improve or share their learning. Also, being flexible with others and our own work-life balance. The work-life balance is great.
I work remotely, so the ability to better balance my work-life, take breaks, and come back super focused and productive. Also, I am trusted to work independently without constant monitoring and oversight. Being introverted, working from home is great for my work happiness.
I did not have to do a coding challenge, white-boarding, or any project work for the interview. My work experience, tech certifications, and portfolio on Github were enough with the tech interview. I probably would have rejected third-party coding challenges if asked but accepted white-boarding.
