Ms. Linda K. Massman has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Clearwater Paper Corporation since November 1, 2011 and January 1, 2013 respectively. She served as Vice President of Finance at Clearwater Paper Corporation from December 2008 to May 2011. From September 2008 to December 2008, She served as a Vice President of Potlatch Corporation. From May 2002 to August 2008, she served as Group Vice President of Finance and Corporate Planning for SUPERVALU Inc. She served as Vice President of Business Planning and Operations at Viquity Corporation from 1999 to 2001. She also serves as a Director at Clearwater Paper - Wiggins, LLC. She has been a Director of Treehouse Foods, Inc. since July 28, 2016 and has been an Independent Director of Black Hills Corporation since January 28, 2015, Cellu Tissue Holdings, Inc. since December 27, 2010 and Clearwater Paper Corporation since January 1, 2013. She also serves on the American Forest & Paper Association board. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota and an MBA from Harvard University.

Mr. Michael S. Gadd has been Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cellu Tissue Holdings, Inc. since December 27, 2010. Mr. Gadd has been Secretary and General Counsel of Clearwater Paper Corporation since December 2008 and its Senior Vice President since May 2011. He also serves as the Director at Clearwater Paper - Wiggins, LLC. He served as a Vice President of Clearwater Paper Corporation from December 2008 to May 2011. Mr. Gadd served as an Associate General Counsel of Potlatch Corp. from March 2006 to December 2008 and its Corporate Secretary from July 19, 2007 to December 2008. Mr. Gadd was an Associate Attorney in the Portland, Oregon, office of Perkins Coie LLP from 2001 to January 2006. His prior experience includes serving as an associate attorney with Ater Wynne, LLP and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors of Cellu Tissue Holdings, Inc. since December 27, 2010. Mr. Gadd holds a BA in English from the University of South Carolina, an MBA from the University of Washington and JD from the University of Michigan Law School.

Mr. Patrick T. Burke, also known as Pat, has been Executive Officer of Clearwater Paper Corporation since December 31, 2017. He was Senior Vice President and Group President of Consumer Products/Pulp & Paperboard Divisions since October 01, 2015 until December 31, 2017. Mr. Burke served as President of Consumer Products Division at Clearwater Paper Corporation since April 01, 2015 to October 2015. Mr. Burke served as Vice President of Supply Chain at Clearwater Paper Corporation. Mr. Burke joined Clearwater Paper in May 2014. During this time, he has proven his abilities to develop and implement a successful supply chain and warehouse operations strategy and has also established himself as a valued and respected member of Clearwater Paper's leadership team. Prior to joining Clearwater Paper, he spent nearly 30 years in manufacturing, warehouse operations and supply chain management leadership positions for PepsiCo, Quaker Oats and Ralston Foods. While at PepsiCo, he managed the Western Region of Gatorade with total sales of $4 billion. Mr. Burke received his Bachelor of Science from Jacksonville State University and his MBA from Ohio University.

Mr. Robert N. Dammarell has been Principal Accounting Officer and Controller at Clearwater Paper Corporation since August 24, 2015 and also serves as its Vice President. Mr. Dammarell joined the Clearwater Paper in 1990 and during that time has served in various financial and accounting leadership roles. From June 2011 to August 2015 he served as the Clearwater Paper Corporation's Financial Reporting Manager and from March 2006 to June 2011 as the Corporate Accounting Manager. Since April 2015, Mr. Dammarell has served as interim Controller for the Clearwater Paper Corporation.

Gary Arndt serves as the Director, Customer Service & Logistics of Clearwater Paper Corporation. Gary started at Clearwater Paper Corporation in July of 1988. Gary currently resides in the Spokane, Washington Area.
