
More diversity, less politics, experienced leaders, the ability to have empathy for staff. There isnt enough representation for anyone but white men in the rooms where decisions happen. The ability to ask for and take feedback and actuallt listen vs checking a box.
Leadership needs to be reconsidered. There has been crazy turn over, in addition to lay offs. If you are vocal and challenge execs thoughts it seems like you are let go. We need more challengers, innovators, those willing to listen and change and inspire others. This is how it was 2+ yrs ago.
