The leadership gets it and gives employees the autonomy to be creative to accomplish our shared vision.

The whole package. Competitive base, equity, and benefits.

Friendly coworkers and a supportive working environment

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers are great. My team genuinely cares about me
I would say everyone lives out the core values and that is important for a company to be successful
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More diversity, less politics, experienced leaders, the ability to have empathy for staff. There isnt enough representation for anyone but white men in the rooms where decisions happen. The ability to ask for and take feedback and actuallt listen vs checking a box.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was standard to most interviews honestly
Everyone asked thoughtful questions and really wanted to get to know me and my work
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Far too many interview steps for entry level roles
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership needs to be reconsidered. There has been crazy turn over, in addition to lay offs. If you are vocal and challenge execs thoughts it seems like you are let go. We need more challengers, innovators, those willing to listen and change and inspire others. This is how it was 2+ yrs ago.
