Mr. Paul M. Aguggia, J.D., has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Clifton Bancorp Inc. and Clifton Savings Bank since January 1, 2014. Mr. Aguggia was a Partner of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. He focused his practice on public and private capital raising transactions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, federal securities reporting, federal and state securities compliance matters and general corporate law. He provided strategic advice and counsel to public and private companies. He advised private investors, including private equity funds and hedge funds. He has experience with proxy contests and shareholder relations matters. Mr. Aguggia advises Boards of Directors and Committees of Boards of Directors on corporate governance matters, including compliance with the provisions of Sarbanes-Oxley. He has extensive experience in the representation of financial institutions and has frequently represented mutual financial institutions with respect to mutual-to-stock conversions, mutual holding company reorganizations, charter choice and depositor/member issues. Mr. Aguggia began his career at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York City. He served with Muldoon Murphy & Aguggia LLP for ten years, where he served as Chairman from 2004 to 2008. He served at Muldoon Murphy Faucette & Aguggia, LLP and at Breyer & Aguggia LLP. He served as Chairman and Director of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP from July 1, 2012 to September 04, 2013. Mr. Aguggia has been a Director of Clifton Bancorp Inc. and Clifton Savings Bank since January 1, 2014. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York. Mr. Aguggia received a B.A. from Colgate University in 1985 and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1988.

Mr. Michael Lesler, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Clifton Savings Bank and Clifton Bancorp Inc. since April 1, 2016. Mr. Lesler joined Clifton Bancorp from Bancorp of New Jersey, Inc., where he served for more than 10 years in progressive executive management positions. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of BanCorp Of New Jersey, Inc. and Bank of New Jersey from December 2013 to March 18, 2016 and as it's President from June 2009 to March 18, 2016. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of BanCorp Of New Jersey, Inc. since December 2013 until March 2016 and Bank of New Jersey since June 2009. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of BanCorp Of New Jersey, Inc. since November 2006 until June 2009 and Bank of New Jersey since May 2006 until June 2009. He served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bridge View BanCorp. from 2000 to May 2003. Mr. Lesler served as Senior Vice President of Interchange Capital Corp., a subsidiary of Interchange Financial Services Corporation from May 2003 to August 2005. During his community banking career, he served in various executive management positions and was responsible for all functions within the business, including operations, finance, lending and retail services. He served as Vice Chairman of BanCorp Of New Jersey, Inc. since March 2011 until May 2014 and Bank of New Jersey, Inc. from December 2013 to March 18, 2016. He served as Director of Bank of New Jersey and BanCorp of New Jersey Inc. from June 24, 2009 to March 18, 2016. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Stephen A. Hoogerhyde has been an Executive Vice President of Clifton Bancorp Inc. since April 2014. Mr. Hoogerhyde has been Chief Residential Loan Officer at Clifton Savings Bank since September 14, 2016 and has been its Executive Vice President since March 2003. Mr. Hoogerhyde served as Chief Lending Officer at Clifton Savings Bank since April 2002 until September 14, 2016. He served as Senior Vice President from April 2002 to March 2003. Prior to April 2002, he served Clifton Savings Bank as Vice President and Mortgage Officer. Mr. Hoogerhyde has served with Clifton Savings Bank for over 26 years.

Ms. Christine R. Piano, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Clifton Bancorp Inc. (also known as Clifton Savings Bancorp, Inc.) since 2013 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Compliance Officer. Ms. Piano has been Executive Vice President of Clifton Bancorp Inc. since April 2014. Ms. Piano has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Clifton MHC since 2004. She has been the Chief Financial Officer of Clifton Savings Bank since March 1999 and has been its Executive Vice President since April 2003. She also serves as Investment Officer at Clifton Savings Bank. She has been with Clifton Savings for over 13 years. She has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and Director of Botany Inc. since inception in December 2004. She served as Vice President of Clifton Savings Bank from March 2000 to April 2003 and served as its Assistant Vice President from March 1999 to March 2000. Ms. Piano served as a Manager at Radics & Co., LLC. until 1999.

Ms. Patricia Cademartori Hrotko, also known as Tricia, has been Executive Vice President of Clifton Bancorp Inc. since April 01, 2014. Ms. Hrotko has been the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President of Clifton Savings Bank since April 01, 2014. Ms. Hrotko joined Clifton Bancorp from Sterling National Bank, New York where she was responsible for overall marketing and corporate communications for the $2.7 billion commercial bank. Previously, Ms. Hrotko held a similar role at First Morris Bank and Trust, a community bank headquartered in Morristown, NJ (now part of Provident Bank of New Jersey). She served as a Vice President of First Morris Bank and Trust. She joined First Morris Bank and Trust in 2001, as Director of Marketing. Prior to joining First Morris Bank and Trust, Ms. Hrotko held the position as Director of Marketing/Sales for PHOENIX Brand Strategies. Her marketing background also includes 10+ years collectively employed with New York based advertising agencies Bates USA and Della Femina, McNamee. Ms. Hrotko's prior professional career included senior roles within the advertising and communications industry implementing integrated marketing programs for well-known national brands. She is active in her local community serving in a variety of roles in her local parish and school, including serving as a Cub Scout Den Leader and Girl Scout Leader. She holds a BS in Marketing from Bryant College, RI.
