Mr. Dino Ennio Robusto is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CNA Financial Corporation. Mr. Robusto retired from The Chubb Corporation (Chubb) in November 2015, where he had served as President of Commercial and Specialty Lines of the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies and Executive Vice President of the parent company. From 2011 through 2013, he was President of Personal Lines and Claims. In June 2008, he was appointed Chief Administrative Officer and retained the position of Chief Claim Officer, a position he assumed in 2006. In 2004, he was named New York brokerage Zone Officer. He was the Chief Field Operations Officer for Commercial Lines from 2001 to 2004, after serving as the business unit's International Field Operations Manager. He managed Chubb's Multinational Resource Risk from 1995 to 2000. After joining Chubb in 1986 as a commercial lines underwriter, he held several positions in Chubb's Toronto and Montreal offices. He serves on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of New Jersey and formerly served on the Boards of Directors of Applied Systems and RAND Corporation's Institute for Civil Justice and on the Board of Advisors of Catalyst Inc. He earned a bachelor's degree in commerce, finance and economics from McGill University in Montreal and is a 1999 graduate of The Wharton Business School Executive Management Program.

Mr. Scott Weber has been Executive Vice President and General council at CNA Financial Corporation since June 2, 2017. Mr. Weber served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide P&C Claim at since February 14, 2017 and responsible for all aspects of CNA's Staff Counsel, Legal Services and the Quality, Compliance and Learning areas. He practiced law for 21 years and held litigation partner roles at Latham & Watkins and Patton Boggs, where he was responsible for complex litigation, including class action, toxic tort, product liability defense, internal investigations and compliance. Mr. Weber served as Senior Counselor to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Weber has over two decades of legal and government experience at the highest level. He is a Senior Advisor to the Homeland Security and Defense Business Council. Additionally, Mr. Weber served as a Special Counsel to the New Jersey Office of the Child Advocate and the New Jersey Senate Judiciary Committee and was a member of former New Jersey Governor Jon S. Corzine's Advisory Committee on Police Standards. He has also been a contributing author to several leading business and legal publications. He graduated from Rutgers College in 1990 with a B.A. in Political Science and English. In 1993, he earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School.

Mr. Ray Oral has been the Chief Information Officer of CNA Financial Corporation since September 2009 and served as its and Senior Vice President until September 2009. Mr. Oral is responsible for CNA's Global Information Technology. He leads CNA's efforts to integrate technology and business processing into an efficient, flexible and scalable processing platform. He is also responsible for delivering application and infrastructure solutions, as well as ensuring that technology investments deliver the intended return. He joined CNA in 2008 as Senior Vice President of Application Development & Maintenance, where he was responsible for guiding Business Delivery, Quality Assurance & Testing. He spent 23 years with ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank Group in a variety of technology and business leadership roles that supported LaSalle's growth from a $1.5 billion organization in 1985 to $120 billion in 2006. Prior to ABN AMRO, he held several IT leadership roles over a nine-year period with the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the premier and largest options exchange in the world. He serves as a Director of Lumity. He serves on the Mayor's Technology Council. He served as an Advisory Board Member to Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard, Fidelity and Sprint Communications and was one of the Founding Member of Chicago First.

Mr. Donald Craig Mense serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CNA Financial Corporation (CNA). Prior to joining CNA in 2004, Mr. Mense was President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Run-off Operations for Travelers (the Company). Previously, he served in several leadership positions at the company, including Chief Operating Officer, Gulf Insurance Group; Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, Personal Lines; and Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Bond. He began his insurance career as a bond underwriter for Aetna. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Virginia and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Georgetown University. He is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

Mr. David Price has been the Chief Underwriting Officer and Senior Vice President at CNA Canada, Inc. since August 9, 2016. Mr. Price also has been the Chief Underwriting Officer for Canada and Senior Vice President at CNA Financial Corporation since August 9, 2016. He joined CNA from AIG Canada, where he served as an Executive for their Property & Specialty Risks and Financial Lines. He was also responsible for providing strategic direction for all first-party and ancillary lines of business, including Commercial Property, Energy, Construction, Programs, Surety, Trade Credit, Political Risk, Marine and Aviation divisions. Prior to his role at AIG, he served in management positions at Chubb and at Arch Insurance. Mr. Price holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Allegheny College, in Meadville, Pennsylvania, USA.

Mr. John Hennessy has been Senior Vice President of Sales & Distribution at CNA Financial Corporation since April 3, 2017. Previously, Mr. Hennessy served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at CNA Canada, Inc. from September 15, 2014 to April 3, 2017. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of European Operations at CNA Financial Corporation since August 2009. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of CNA Insurance Company Limited from 2009 to August 18, 2014. Mr. Hennessy joined CNA in 1982 as an underwriting trainee and assumed increasing responsibilities. During his 27-year career with CNA, he has served in multiple Home Office and Field leadership roles, including: Milwaukee branch manager; Central Region president; senior vice president for Casualty Underwriting and Middle Market; and most recently, Senior Vice President of Distribution Management.

Mr. John Mizzi has been Senior Vice President of Commercial Field Operations at CNA Financial Corporation since February 16, 2016. Mr. Mizzi is responsible for integrating and accelerating CNA's Commercial underwriting strategies, deepening CNA's market presence and shaping a portfolio of profitable business. He joins CNA with 24 years of insurance experience. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and Eastern Territory field underwriting officer at Chubb, where he was responsible for the company's property and casualty business in a territory comprised of 24 offices generating in excess of $1.7 billion in revenue. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration, finance from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from St. John's University.

Ms. Julie Stephenson has been Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer for CNA Commercial of CNA Financial Corporation since September 1, 2015.

Mr. Peter Mccarron has been Senior Vice President of Commercial Claim at CNA Financial Corporation since January 7, 2016. Mr. Mccarron is an outstanding Claim professional who has more than 25 years of claim management and leadership experience across multiple lines of business to CNA. He joined CNA from Zurich North America, where he served as Senior Vice President, GlobalWorkers' Compensation and Accident & Health. He served for 14 years in several leadership positions at OneBeacon Insurance Group. He serves as a Member of the Board of Governors of National Insurance Crime Bureau, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Masters of Public Administration from Suffolk University.

Mr. Wes Sprinkle has been Senior Vice President of Small Business at CNA Financial Corporation since October 19, 2015. Mr. Sprinkle is responsible for driving the growth of CNA's Small Business customer segment through the development of cutting-edge products, innovative automation solutions and superior customer service. He has proven leadership skills and experience in broad product development and operations. He has 20-year track record of driving business results in the insurance and consulting environments. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer for Allstate's $500 million Business Insurance division where he was responsible for leading product development, underwriting, P&L management, pricing, data and analytics, agency servicing, customer service, operations and IT. Prior to his role at Allstate, he served as vice president, Commercial Lines Products for The Hartford and Principal for Diamond Management and Technology Consultants. He graduated with honors and holds a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
