Mr. Stephen W. Johnson, Esq., serves as Chief Administrative Officer of CONSOL Energy Inc. and has been its Executive Vice President since January 1, 2013. Mr. Johnson has been an Executive Vice President of CNX Gas Corporation since June 29, 2007 and has been its Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer since January 1, 2013. He served as Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer of CONSOL Energy Inc. since January 1, 2013. He has legal knowledge and experience. He served as General Counsel at CNX Gas since September 1, 2005 until December 31, 2012. Mr. Johnson served as the General Counsel and Senior Vice President of CONSOL Energy Inc. from February 5, 2009 to December 31, 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of CNX Gas Corporation from December 5, 2005 to June 29, 2007 and its Secretary until January 2009. He served at CONSOL in positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining CNX Gas, he was a Partner in the Business and Regulatory Group at Reed Smith LLP since 2001. From 1984 to 2001, Mr. Johnson served at the law firm of Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney PC. He has been Chairman of The Board of Cone Midstream GP LLC at CONE Midstream Partners LP since January 1, 2017. He served as a Co-chairman of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group and Member Corporate Finance and Technology Group at Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney PC. He concentrated his practice in the general corporate and securities law areas. He regularly advised clients on questions of Pennsylvania and Delaware corporate law and advised boards of directors on the exercise of their fiduciary duties. He has also helped clients to deter unwanted takeover advances. He worked with clients to develop structural defenses, including so-called poison pills and shark repellants, in advance and to develop appropriate responses to imminent takeover threats. In the securities law area, Mr. Johnson assisted its public company clients with the preparation and review of their periodic reports under the federal securities laws and he advised clients on questions of public disclosure of corporate developments. He also has assisted a number of clients to access the public debt and equity markets by means of public offerings, including shelf registration statements, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In the area of mergers and acquisitions, he has assisted in negotiating, documenting and closing a number of significant acquisitions. He served as a Co-Chairman of Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney PC. He has been a Director of CONE Midstream GP LLC, General Partner of CONE Midstream Partners LP since May 30, 2014. He served as a Director of CNX Coal Resources GP LLC since March 16, 2015 until December 4, 2017. Mr. Johnson received Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was a Member of the Law Review. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with distinction, from the University of Virginia.

Mr. James J. McCaffrey serves as Senior Vice President of Coal Marketing at Consol Mining Corp. Mr. McCaffrey has served as Senior Vice President- Sales of CNXC's General Partner since June 2016. Mr. McCaffrey has been Senior Vice President of Energy Marketing at CONSOL Energy Inc. since January 2013 and served as its Senior Vice President of Sales. From April 2002 to June 2016, Mr. McCaffrey served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Materials & Supply Chain Management and Senior Vice President at CNX Land Resources for ParentCo. Mr. McCaffrey served as Senior Vice President of CNX land resources Inc., a subsidiary of CONSOL Energy Inc., since February 2007 and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management of CONSOL Energy Inc. since August 2008. Mr. McCaffrey served as Vice President of Material and Supply Chain Management for Consol Energy Inc. from September 2005 to August 2008. He assumed the responsibilities for Fairmont Supply Co., a subsidiary of Consol Energy Inc. Mr. McCaffrey started his career as a coal miner with ParentCo in 1976 and joined ParentCo's management team as Vice President and General Manager of Consolidation Coal Mining Operations in March 2002.

Mr. Timothy C. Dugan, also known as Tim, has been Chief Executive Officer and President at CNX Gas Corporation since December 01, 2014 and May 22, 2014 respectively. Mr. Dugan has been the Chief Operating Officer for Exploration and Production (E&P) division at CONSOL Energy Inc. since January 28, 2014 and has been its Executive Vice President since September 20, 2016. He joined CONSOL Energy from Chesapeake Energy where he served as Vice President of the Appalachia South Business Unit. Since 2009, he has directed Chesapeake Energy's operations in the Marcellus and Utica shales and added oversight of geology, drilling, completions and reservoir planning. During his seven years with Chesapeake Energy, he held the titles of Senior Asset Manager, Operations Superintendent, Senior Asset Manager and District Manager. In addition, Mr. Dugan was an integral part of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport natural gas development project, the first major airport drilling program in the United States. He held key operational roles with Cabot Oil and Gas Corporation and EQT Corporation. From 2001 to 2007, Mr. Dugan was employed with EQT Corporation, where he held the titles of Regional Reservoir Engineer and Director of Operations - Engineering. He has over 30 years of experience across many of the major gas fields including the Marcellus, Utica, Devonian, Barnett and Haynesville shale plays. He is also a longstanding member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Dugan received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering with an emphasis in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
