Mr. James Bubeck has been Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Global Sales at Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc. since October 1, 2015. Mr. Bubeck worked in the sales organization of Cogent in various capacities since May of 2000, most recently, since 2007, as Vice President of Central Region Sales, based in Chicago.

Mr. Robert N. Beury, Jr., has been Vice President and General counsel of Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc. since joining it in September 2000 and Chief Legal Officer since May 2004. Mr. Beury serves as Assistant Secretary of Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc. Prior to Cogent Communications, he served as Deputy General Counsel of Iridium LLC from 1994 to 2000. From 1987 to 1994, Mr. Beury served as General Counsel of Virginia's center for Innovative Technology, a non-profit corporation set up to develop the high tech Industry in Virginia.

Mr. Thaddeus G. Weed, also known as Tad, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Cogent Communications, Inc. Mr. Weed has been the Chief Financial Officer at Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc. since May 2004 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has been Treasurer of Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc. since May 2004. He joined Cogent in February 2000 and served as its Controller from February 2000 to May 2004 and Vice President until May 2004. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of TNS Inc. He served as a Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Transaction Network Services, where he undertook a broad range of financial management responsibilities, from 1997 to 1999. These responsibilities included Financial Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Financial modeling, Acquisition and International expansion strategies and pro-forma analyses. From 1987 to 1997, he was employed at Arthur Andersen where he served as a Senior Audit Manager, consulting on due diligence and operational improvement issues and performing audits of public and private entities. He has also fulfilled all requirements for the C.P.A. designation. Mr. Weed has an M.B.A. from Virginia Polytechnic & State University and a B.B.A. from Roanoke College.

Mr. Timothy G. O'Neill has been Vice President of Field Engineering, Construction and Network Operations of Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc. since joining it in January 2001. Mr. O'Neill is responsible for the network build-out and provisioning of Cogent Communications. From 1999 to 2001, he was with @Link Networks, where he served as Chief Network Officer. While at @Link, Mr. O'Neill was responsible for engineering, implementing and operating an integrated communications network. From 1998 to 1999, he was Vice President of National Operations at Nextlink and his responsibilities included the NOC, network assurance, central office construction, provisioning and engineering. Mr. O'Neill also served senior management positions with Time Warner Communications and Internet Communications from 1994 to 1998.

Fitzgerald Anderson serves as the Vice President of Sales, Central Region of Cogent Communications. Fitzgerald started at Cogent Communications in June of 2006. Fitzgerald currently resides in the Greater Chicago Area.

Guy Banks serves as the Vice President Real Estate of Cogent Communications. Guy started at Cogent Communications in May of 2000. Guy currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

Robert Beury serves as the Chief Legal Officer of Cogent Communications. Robert started at Cogent Communications in September of 2000. Robert currently resides in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.

Eric Blitz serves as the Vice President, Global Provisioning, Service Delivery and Sales Operations of Cogent Communications. Eric started at Cogent Communications in April of 2014. Eric currently resides in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.

Brad Boddicker serves as the Vice President of Sales, Western Region of Cogent Communications. Brad started at Cogent Communications in July of 2013. Brad currently resides in the Greater San Diego Area.
