Mr. Darin Hammers has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Cogentix Medical, Inc. since July 12, 2016. Mr. Hammers served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer and President of Cogentix Medical, Inc. from May 2016 to July 12, 2016 and served as its Chief Operating Officer since January 4, 2016 to May 2016. Mr. Hammers served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Cogentix Medical, Inc. since March 31, 2015 until January 4, 2016. Mr. Hammers served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing Uroplasty, Inc., since September 2013. Mr. Hammers served as Vice President of Global Sales at Uroplasty, Inc. since February 2013 until September 2013. Mr. Hammers served as Vice President of US Sales of Uroplasty Inc. since February 11, 2013. Prior to joining Uroplasty, he held roles of increasing responsibility in sales and sales management with Boston Scientific Corporation, Inc. and CR Bard, Inc. He spent 13 years at Boston Scientific Corporation in its Urology/Gynecology Business Unit, advancing from a field Territory Manager and ending his career there as Group Director of Sales. Throughout his career at Boston Scientific, he led his sales organizations to significant success and growth while building strong relationships throughout the US with key opinion leaders in urology. Following Boston Scientific, Mr. Hammers joined CR Bard, spending four years there as Vice President of Sales - Bard Medical Division. While there, he focused on growing the business with five different sales organizations focused on different disease states, including urology, the largest portion of the division. He has been a Director of Cogentix Medical, Inc. since July 12, 2016. Mr. Hammers holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Southern Indiana and received his MBA degree from Emory University.

Mr. Brett A. Reynolds, also known as Buch???, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Cogentix Medical, Inc. since June 13, 2016. Mr. Reynolds is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and transparency and for multiple corporate functions including controller, treasury, tax and long-range planning. He oversees the accounting, internal control, billing, revenue assurance and financial analysis functions. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President of Cogentix Medical, Inc from March 31, 2015 to January 28, 2016. Mr. Reynolds served as the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President of Uroplasty Inc. since August 12, 2013. From 2012 to 2013, he served as an Officer of Uroplasty. Mr. Reynolds was the Site Leader of Baxter in the Twin Cities and was responsible for the remainder of the Synovis operations. Mr. Reynolds served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Synovis Life Technologies Inc., from April 12, 2005 to February 14, 2012. Mr. Reynolds served as Corporate Secretary of Synovis Life Technologies from April 2005 to February 14, 2012 and Principal Accounting Officer until February 14, 2012. He has significant accounting experience gained both in industry and at public accounting firms. He served as Corporate Controller and officer of Chiquita Processed Foods, LLC. He worked at Deloitte and Touche LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP, where he had 10 years of audit, accounting and consulting experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Reynolds managed audit engagements for a number of public companies, worked on mergers and acquisitions and managed and performed business consulting engagements. Mr. Reynolds has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota.
