How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at COH?

It was very easy for me. I was interviewed and called back later that day for job offer. I set up all job interviews for supervisors in my department and have seen the interview process be a bit drawn out and take quite a long time. I do believe some of this has to do with COH being Grant Funded & the process can be timely while funds are being moved. I have also seen interviews start to take place and then job freezes happen and it be months before the interview process will pick back up.
