
The top-managers are not qualified. I would recommend hiring someone more skilled.
My coworkers are very qualified and they are literally saving the company from the management team.
They should stop thinking their ideas are genius and try to trust professionals. They want to save money, but in fact, they lose employees, quality of the content, and clients every day.
The manager gives me weird tasks that don't have anything in common with my direct duties. Such "pressing and immediate" tasks take much of my work time and affect my actual job. It often appears that such urgencies in the middle of the night are just a whim as if I were an errand boy!
