They should stop thinking their ideas are genius and try to trust professionals. They want to save money, but in fact, they lose employees, quality of the content, and clients every day.

It is great but still it could be higher. The amount is just not enough to cover all the expensive medicines I have to take.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The manager gives me weird tasks that don't have anything in common with my direct duties. Such "pressing and immediate" tasks take much of my work time and affect my actual job. It often appears that such urgencies in the middle of the night are just a whim as if I were an errand boy!
I am being paid just the base salary, never heard of any other payments (except commission)
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are cooperative and hard working also loyal
They are very energetic and professional people
They are all motivated professionals

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is very positive and inclusive.
The culture at Cointelegraph is very inclusive, everyone has a chance to succeed

There is always a happy environment with jokes, we support each other at different dates and events.

Be positive and always be happy either its your or other success
Well I tried to hook up with someone but every single girl in the office abandoned me. I think the company should buy more alcohol to the 'after-work' parties so I can try to shoot my shot again...

The top-managers are not qualified. I would recommend hiring someone more skilled.
