company used to be about the “talent” they have working for it and the less they invest in us, the worse it gets. when policies and pay scales started changing, we’ve noticed more turn over and people leaving. not a coincidence.
we are being forced to forfeit earned PTO each year and i think that may be illegal. Let us keep our earned PTO in case of emergencies and maternity leave in which the company asks we take a leave of absence instead. Company is becoming a little greedy despite the sales and team that work for them
