We all work together as a team
Leadership team has a hands off approach. Gives you room to think on your own and innovate.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn how to manage a team effectively and not be selfish
corporate need to stop changing policies and course of actions that hinder the retail field instead of their original intent of benefiting us. also illegal forfeiting i’d earned PTO should be addressed!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health insurance and vacation
Pay and benes are great compared to other company's
competitive salary however no bonus yet
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we are being forced to forfeit earned PTO each year and i think that may be illegal. Let us keep our earned PTO in case of emergencies and maternity leave in which the company asks we take a leave of absence instead. Company is becoming a little greedy despite the sales and team that work for them
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so nice always very helpful, we try to have a nice and calm enviroment and relate as well as understand one another
We all work hard together
My team stays focused and completes there task timely.
Everyone helped each other and taught each other, it was a well-oiled machine of people who cared

They gossip and managers have favorites

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What makes the enviroment positive is that me and my coworkers try to help each other out and work as a team.

it's very laid back and low pressure

How quick and short it was
The interview process was great! My boss and I hit it off and i felt completely comfortable talking with him and asking questions.

Helping cuatomers or seeing the regulars that come in and already know me and tell me their experiences with the shoes i sold them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
company used to be about the “talent” they have working for it and the less they invest in us, the worse it gets. when policies and pay scales started changing, we’ve noticed more turn over and people leaving. not a coincidence.
