Mr. Kevin A. Hoover serves as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at Columbia Property Trust, Inc. Mr. Hoover served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Transactions at Columbia Property Trust, Inc. He oversees the implementation of the company's real estate investment strategy through its acquisitions, finance and dispositions activities. Prior to his current role, Mr. Hoover served as the Company's Managing Director of Real Estate. He has more than 25 years of broad-based commercial real estate experience, including portfolio and investment management, marketing, investment analysis and underwriting and valuation. Prior to joining the Company in 2004, Mr. Hoover served as the Co-Head of the Asset Management team for Wells Real Estate Funds (???Wells???) and as Portfolio Manager for various Wells-sponsored products, including serving as president from 2005 to 2010 and a director from 2011 to 2013 of Wells Investment Management Company LLC. He earlier served as a Principal of Equity Portfolio Management for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and as a Manager of Real Estate Valuation/Advisor Services Practice for Price Waterhouse. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute, the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute, the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers. Mr. Hoover earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate (Summa Cum Laude as a First Honor Graduate) at the University of Georgia.

Mr. James A. Fleming, also known as Jim, J.D., has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Columbia Property Trust, Inc. since August 6, 2013. Mr. Fleming oversees the finance, treasury, investor relations and financial reporting divisions of Columbia Property Trust, as well as manages all debt capital market activities, maintain relationships with rating agencies and financial institutions and contributes to the strategic positioning of its acquisitions, finance and disposition plans. He has over three decades of commercial real estate experience. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Schottenstein Property Group. From 2004 to 2010, Mr. Fleming served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Cousins Properties, Inc., and earlier held the roles of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. During his tenure with Cousins, he was responsible for over $400 million in stock offerings and $600 million in loan activity. Prior to Cousins, he was a Partner in the Atlanta law firm of Fleming & Ray and before that, a Managing Partner at Long, Aldridge & Norman. He served as a Director at Carmike Cinemas, Inc. since March 17, 2009. Mr. Fleming holds a JD from University of Virginia and a B.E.E. from Auburn University.

Ms. Wendy W. Gill, CPA, has been Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations at Columbia Property Trust, Inc. since 2007. Ms. Gill provides oversight for corporate operations and financial reporting to ensure optimization and compliance for core policies and initiatives for the company. Since the Company's inception in 2003 and until the Company's transition to self-management in February 2013, Ms. Gill provided oversight to the Company's accounting and financial operations as an employee of Wells Real Estate Funds. She joined Wells in 2002 as Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting. From 2007 to 2011, Ms. Gill served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Wells, in which capacity she was responsible for the financial and reporting functions for Wells-sponsored real estate programs, including public REITs, various public and private limited partnerships and 1031 Exchange programs. Prior to joining Wells, Ms. Gill was a Manager at Arthur Andersen in the firm's Atlanta and Washington, D.C. offices, working with various publicly traded and privately held companies, with a focus on the real estate, hospitality and financial services industries. She holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the Maryland State Board of Public Accountancy and is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Gill earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
