Mr. Kevin G. Barth has been an Executive Vice President of commerce bank since October 1998. Mr. Barth has been Executive Vice President of Commercial Line of Business of Commerce Bancshares, Inc. since April 2005. Mr. Barth served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Commerce Bank, Kansas City Region. He served as a Senior Vice President at Commerce Bancshares, Inc. since October 1998. Mr. Barth served as an Executive Vice President of Commerce Bank N.A. (Missouri), a subsidiary of Commerce Bancshares Inc., since October 1998. He served as Senior Vice President of Commerce Bancshares Inc. since October 1998 and served as an Officer of Commerce Bank, N.A. (Missouri). He has been a Director of Kansas City Life Insurance Company since 2008. He serves as a Director of Hodgdon Powder Company. He served as Director of Kansas City Board of Trade Clearing Corporation. Mr. Barth serves on community boards, including The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, Kansas City Industrial Foundation, Kansas City Area Development Council and the Economic Development Council of Kansas City, MO. Mr. Barth received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Graceland College, Lamoni, Iowa. He holds an MBA from Rockhurst College, Kansas City, MO.

Mr. Charles G. Kim has been the Chief Financial Officer of Commerce Bancshares, Inc. since July 1, 2009 and its Executive Vice President since April 1995. Mr. Kim has corporate responsibility for all financial functions for Commerce Bancshares Inc. and also has responsibility for strategic planning, marketing, the retail line of business, the consumer and corporate card business, Commerce Mortgage Corporation. He has been Executive Vice President of Commerce Bank, N.A. at Commerce Bancshares, Inc. since January 2004. Mr. Kim served as Senior Vice President of Commerce Bank, N.A. (Clayton, MO), a former subsidiary of Commerce Bancshares Inc. He is a member the board of directors of the Bank Administration Institute (BAI) in Chicago. He also serves on the board of trustees of Missouri Baptist Medical Center and on the board of directors of the Missouri Baptist Healthcare Foundation, as well as the board of directors of Junior Achievement of Mississippi Valley and the board of trustees of Logan University. He graduated from the Washington University Executive MBA program in 1992 and was a 1982 graduate of Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Mr. John W. Kemper has been the President and Chief Operating Officer at Commerce Bancshares, Inc. since February 8, 2013. Mr. Kemper has been President of Commerce Bank at Commerce Bancshares, Inc. since March 2013. He served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Commerce Bancshares, Inc. Mr. Kemper is responsible for directing the Commerce Bancshares' strategy and line operations, working with market and business line leadership. As Commerce Bancshares' Chief Administrative Officer, he assumed overall responsibility for bank credit and non-credit risk, legal, compliance and human resources. Mr. Kemper served as Senior Vice President of Commerce Bancshares Inc. and Commerce Bank, N.A. since December 2010 and January 2009 respectively. He served as Director of Strategic Planning and Bank Acquisitions at Commerce Bancshares Inc. and was responsible for the Commerce bank's consumer and commercial credit card businesses. He joined Commerce Bancshares in 2007 and has served in a number of roles, leading bank strategy and M&A; overseeing the bank's credit card businesses. Mr. Kemper served as an Engagement Manager of McKinsey & Company from 2005 to August 2007, where he served blue chip clients and managed strategy and operations projects primarily focused in the financial service industry. He serves as the Chairman of Capital For Business, Inc. He has been a Director of Commerce Bancshares, Inc. since September 2015. He serves as a Director of Tower Properties Company. He is a Member of the Leadership Council of the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center and Board Member of the St. Louis Regional Chamber & Growth Association and KIPP St. Louis. Mr. Kemper holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Stanford University, a Master of Science in Economic History from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Jeffery D. Aberdeen has been Controller of Commerce Bancshares Inc. since December 1995 and also serves as a Controller of Commerce Bank, N.A. (Missouri, Kansas and Omaha), a subsidiary of Commerce Bancshares. Mr. Aberdeen serves as Chief Accounting Officer of Commerce Bancshares, Inc. He served as an Assistant Controller of Commerce Bancshares Inc.

Mr. John Himmel has been Vice Chairman of Commerce Bank - Springfield Region at Commerce Bancshares, Inc. since February 1, 2012 and previously served as its Chairman of Commerce Bank, Springfield, Missouri Region until February 1, 2012.

Mr. Michael J. Petrie, also known as Mike, has been a Senior Vice President of Commerce Bancshares Inc. since April 1995 and serves as its Director of Community Bank Administration. Mr. Petrie serves as Executive Vice President of Commerce Bank. Mr. Petrie had administrative responsibility for Community markets, outside St. Louis and Kansas City, in the Commerce Bank system. He served as a Vice President of Commerce Bancshares Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS.

Mr. John K. Handy has been Executive Vice President of Commerce Bancshares, Inc. since January 2018. Mr. Handy serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer for the Commerce Trust Company. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at The Commerce Trust Company (the Company). He promoted as President and Chief Operation Officers the Company since september 2016. He was the Executive Vice President and Private Client Group at the firm. Mr. Handy most recently was the Director and Chief Operating Officer of TIAA-CREF, a trust company with $15 billion in assets under management. Prior to that, he worked for Bank of America for ten years, where he was responsible for the management of client relationships ranging in size from $1 to $50 million and the development of products and services for client relationships under $10 million in market value.

Mr. Michael Ireland has been Senior Vice President of Healthcare Banking Central Missouri Region for Commerce Bank at Commerce Bancshares, Inc. since September 21, 2011. Mr. Ireland is responsible for medical banking efforts in Central Missouri while maintaining responsibility for his current customer portfolio. Prior to his focus on health care banking, he has been a commercial, small business and retail banking officer served in key positions for the bank.
