Mr. Marvin S. Edwards, also known as Eddie, Jr., has been the Chief Executive Officer of CommScope Inc. and CommScope Holding Company, Inc. since January 14, 2011 and its President since January 1, 2010. Mr. Edwards served as the Chief Operating Officer of CommScope Inc. and CommScope Holding Company, Inc. since January 1, 2010. He served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at CommScope Holding Company, Inc. since April 2005 and CommScope since 2005. He served in a variety of executive roles since joining CommScope in 2001. Previously, he served as an Acting President of Acting President of Connectivity Solutions Manufacturing Inc., (CSMI), a CommScope subsidiary and also served as its Chairman of the Board of Directors since April 2005. Mr. Edwards joined CommScope in 2001 as an Executive Vice President of Strategic Development and President of the Wireless Products Group. He served as an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Wireless Network Solutions Group at CommScope Holding Company, Inc. (Alternate Name CommScope Enterprise Solutions) since December 2007. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of OFS Fitel, LLC and OFS BrightWave, LLC. Since 1999, Mr. Edwards served as President of Radio Frequency Systems (RFS), a subsidiary of Alcatel with worldwide operations. From 1996 to 1999, he served as President of Alcatel North America Cable Systems. Prior to that, Mr. Edwards held positions in Alcatel as Chief Financial Officer of Cable Operations in the Americas and assumed additional responsibility as Americas Area Manager for Alcatel Cable since 1997. Mr. Edwards joined Alcatel in 1986 as a Vice President of Planning, which involved work in acquisitions and divestitures. He served in various capacities at Alcatel until 2001. Mr. Edwards began his business career with First Union National Bank (now Wachovia) in 1972, where he held various positions. He has been a Director of CommScope Holding Company, Inc. since January 14, 2011. He has been a Director of CommScope Holding Company Inc. and CommScope Inc. since January 14, 2011. He served as a Director of the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA). Mr. Edwards is a 1971 graduate of Clemson University with a BA degree in Economics.

Mr. Peter U. Karlsson has been the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at CommScope Holding Company, Inc.(Alternate Name CommScope Enterprise Solutions) and CommScope Inc. since July 2011. Mr. Kurk was Chief Technology Officer of CommScope Holding Company, Inc. since 2015 until January 1 2018 and served as its Senior Vice President until January 1 2018. Mr. Kurk served as a Senior Vice President of Wireless at CommScope Holding Company, Inc. since April 2012. Mr. Kurk had responsibility for product line management, engineering and R&D for the segment that serves wireless operators and OEMs globally. Mr. Kurk has more than 15 years experience in the wireless industry, including senior roles with Andrew LLC, Allen Telecom and Motorola. Mr. Kurk served as an Acting General Manager of Wireless Innovations of Andrew LLC since September 21, 2006 and also served as its Vice President of Research and Development. Previously, he headed CommScope's Enterprise segment. He has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and in Business Administration from Northwestern University.

Mr. Michael Cross has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of CommScope Inc. and CommScope Holding Company, Inc. since May 2012. Mr. Cross joined CommScope in May 2012, with more than 23 years experience in information technology, product development and services, having been promoted to increasingly responsible roles within two major corporations. He spent nine years with NCR in Columbia, South Carolina and 14 years at Dell, Inc. in Round Rock, Texas. He also served four years as an officer in the US Air Force. Mr. Cross has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina.

Mr. Bennett Cardwell, also known as Ben, has been Senior Vice President for Mobility Solutions Business at CommScope Holding Company, Inc since 2015. Mr. Cardwell serves as Senior Vice President of Global Wireless Sales at CommScope Technologies LLC.
