Mrs. Beryl O. Ramsey, FACHE, has been President of Division II Operations at Community Health Systems, Inc. since anuary 2018. Ms. Ramsey oversees the operations of affiliated hospitals in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Missouri and Texas. She joined CHS in 2015 as a Vice President of Operations. She served as Chief Executive Officer of St Luke's Sugar Land Hospital at St. Luke's Episcopal Health System and also serves as its Vice President. She holds a master's degree in business administration from The University of Houston and bachelor's degree from the University of Texas, School of Allied Health.

Mr. Justin D. Pitt has been Chief Litigation Counsel and Senior Vice President of CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc. since May 26, 2017. Mr. Pitt has been Chief Litigation Counsel and Senior Vice President at Community Health Systems, Inc. since May 17, 2017. He served as Vice President of Litigation and Administration at Community Health Systems, Inc. since September 2014 until May 17, 2017. Mr. Pitt joined CHS in 2009 after nine years of private practice in commercial litigation, health law and government relations. He provides litigation and operational support for multiple divisions and departments and is responsible for the legal department's administrative matters. He is a member and former Chairman of the Tennessee Bureau of Ethics and Campaign Finance. He serves on the Federation of American Hospital's Medicaid and Managed Care Committee and the American Health Lawyers' Association's Dispute Resolution Task Force. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Carson-Newman College and his law degree from Washington University (Order of the Coif), where he was a William Webster Fellow.

Mr. Patton Paul Smith has been President of Division III Operations at CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc. since May 5, 2017. Mr. Smith served as President of Division V Operations at Community Health Systems, Inc. since May 2, 2016 until May 3, 2017. Mr. Smith served as President of Division VI Operations at CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc. since January 6, 2016 until May 5, 2016. Mr. Smith joined CHS in May 2008 and oversees the operations of affiliated hospitals in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. He served as Vice President of Operations for Divisions I and VI, supporting operations in affiliated hospitals across the southeast. He was with Health Management Associates, Inc. (HMA) for 14 years where he served as Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of a hospital in North Carolina. Mr. Smith received his bachelor's degree in business from Mercer University in Georgia and master's degrees in both business and health administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta.

Mr. L. Keith Granger serves as Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Medical Center. Mr. Granger has been Market Chief Executive Officer for Alabama and Regional President of Community Health Systems, Inc. since August 2017 and also serves as its Chief Executive Officer of Grandview Medical Center. Mr. Granger provides management guidance to Community Health Systems' six affiliated client hospitals in Alabama. During his tenure, he led Grandview through massive transitions. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Granger III and Associates, LLC. Mr. Granger has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Affinity Hospital LLC since February 15, 2010. Mr. Granger served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Medical Center from October 5, 2009 to February 15, 2010. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Flowers Hospital in Dothan. He worked at Flowers Hospital for 32 years. He serves as President of Board of Directors at Alabama Quality Assurance Foundation. He serves on the Board of Governors for the Federation of American Hospitals. He serves on the board of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama.

Mr. Tim G. Marlette serves as Chief Purchasing Officer and Senior Vice President of CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc. Mr. Marlette serves as Chief Purchasing Officer of Community Health Systems, Inc. and has been its Senior Vice President since January 08, 2014. Mr. Marlette served as Vice President of Community Health Systems until January 2014. He has over 26 years of healthcare experience including various positions with Humana, Inc. and Columbia/HCA. Mr. Marlette holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting/Economics from McKendree College in Illinois.

He served as Vice President of Financial Services at CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc., since 2012. Mr. Lynd joined CHS in 2001 as Corporate Accounting Manager. He was promoted to Director of Corporate Accounting in 2004 and again in 2007 to Vice President of Internal Audit. He is integral in assessing CHS's risk and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 at all facilities. With more than 15 years of accounting and audit experience, previously, Mr. Lynd served as a Senior Associate in the audit division at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he supervised audits of large, publicly traded companies and governmental agencies.

Dr. Lynn T. Simon, M.D., MBA, CHE has been Chief Medical Officer of Community Health Systems, Inc. since May 17, 2017. Dr. Simon has been the President of Clinical Operations of Community Health Systems, Inc. since January 08, 2014 and served as its and Chief Quality Officer since January 08, 2014 until May 17, 2017. Dr. Simon served as Senior Vice President at Community Health Systems from 2010 to January 2014. She joined Community Health Systems in November 2010 to oversee the Department of Quality & Resource Management. She served as Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare, Inc. from 2005 to 2010. She served as Physician Advisor to the Care Management Program and Vice President of Medical Affairs at Jewish Hospital in Louisville from 2004 to 2005. She served as Chief Resident at Jewish Hospital since 1989 before returning to Louisville to begin her medical practice. Her association with Jewish Hospital began at the downtown campus and she also worked with Jewish Hospital Shelbyville for several years. When the Care Management program was initiated in 2000, she served as Physician-advisor. As she became more involved with the hospital's business agenda. She served as full-time Jewish Hospital Medical Administrator since 2002 and also served as its Vice President of Medical Affairs. She has been a Director of Congregation Adath Jehsurun since July 2007 and Kindred Healthcare, Inc. since November 10, 2016. In the community, she co-chaired the American Heart Association's Operation Stroke and was President of Kentuckiana Metro Division. She was Secretary of the Judicial Council from 2005 to 2006. She serves on the Judicial Council. She is a Member of the American College of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, Greater Louisville, Kentucky, American Medical Societies, American Academy of Neurology and American College of Physician Executives, among many others. She served on Jewish Hospital HealthCare Services (JHHS) Board. She serves on Greater Louisville Medical Society's CAPS Committee. She serves as the Quality Committee Chair for the Federation of American Hospitals. In addition, she serves on the Technical Advisory Committee of the Center for Medical Interoperability, a private organization led by health systems to change how medical technologies work together. She is a Member of Medical Quality-Grants and Scholarships Committee. Many of her scholarly articles have been published in medical journals. Dr. Simon was named to Modern Healthcare's list of the 50 Most Influential Physician Executives and Leaders in 2015 and 2016 and was named to the magazine's list of the Top 25 Women in Healthcare in 2015. In 1991, she was Board certified in Neurology. She was a full-time practicing Neurologist in Louisville, Ky. for over 10 years. She was Certified Health Executive. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is a graduate of Indiana University and has Medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She entered Bellarmine University's Executive MBA program from which she graduated in 2002. She completed her internship of Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago from 1985 to 1986 and a residency in neurology of Stanford University Medical Center from 1986 to 1989.Kindred Healthcare, Inc.

Mr. Benjamin C. Fordham also known as Ben, serves as Assistant Secretary and Vice President of Lake Wales Hospital Corporation. Mr. Fordham has been Executive Vice President of Community Health Systems, Inc. and CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc. since May 17, 2017 and its General Counsel and Assistant Secretary since April 5, 2017. He served as Senior Vice President of Community Health Systems, Inc. since January 18, 2014 until May 17, 2016. He served as the Chief Litigation Counsel of Community Health Systems, Inc. since January 2014 until April 7, 2017. He served as the Chief Litigation Counsel of Community Health Systems, Inc. until April 5, 2017 and its Interim General Counsel since March 31, 2017 until April 5, 2017. He served as Chief Litigation Counsel of CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc. from January 2014 to April 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President from January 2014 to May 26, 2017. He served as Vice President of Community Health Systems, Inc. until January 18, 2014 and served as its Senior Litigation Counsel of Community Health Systems Professional Services. Mr. Fordham joined Community Health Systems Professional Services Corporation in 2007 with 29 years of private practice experience in litigation, mergers/acquisitions, general business and health law. He provides legal support to operations and legal staff for non-insured and certain insured litigation and dispute resolution matters. He serves as a Director of Lake Wales Hospital Corporation. In 2007, he was chosen by his peers as Best of the Bar for commercial litigation by the Nashville Business Journal. Mr. Fordham received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude from Duke University, where he graduated in three and one-half years while attending on a football scholarship and his law degree from Vanderbilt University where he was a Patrick Wilson Merit Scholar.
