Susan C. Thompson joined Community West Bank National Association (???Bank???) in 2013 and has served as Chief Financial Officer at Bank and Community West Bancshares since 2017. Previously, Ms. Thompson was Controller at Western Alliance Bancorporation, Controller at Pacific Capital Bancorporation, served as Chief Financial Officer at Alliance Manufacturing Software International and was a senior auditor with Deloitte & Touche. Ms. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Utah, is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and is a certified public accountant.

Ms. Kristine D. Price has been Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Community West Bank, National Association since July 31, 2014. Ms. Price serves as the Chief Credit Officer of Community West Bancshares. Ms. Price serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Bank of Nevada. She has 34 years of experience in credit administration. She served as Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Administrator of Los Angeles Market at Torrey Pines Bank, Inc. She supported Torrey Pines bank's sophisticated credit measurement and control systems in its expanding Los Angeles operation. She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Torrey Pines Bank. She served as a Director of The Risk Management Association. She is a Member of its Community Bank Council. Ms. Price has a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University and graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School.

Mr. John D. Illgen serves as Sector Director and Vice President for Modeling and Simulation of Northrop Grumman Simulation Technologies (NGC). Mr. Illgen serves as Secretary of Community West Bancshares. Mr. Illgen is on special assignment to the U.S. Army focused on training Community West Bancshares's Armed Forces using software simulation, virtual systems and live systems in a contemporary operational environment. He founded Illgen Simulation Technologies, Inc. in 1988 and served as its President and Chairman until December 2003. His responsibilities at ISTI include Operations, Marketing, Strategic Planning and Technical Program Management. He has been a Director of Community West Bank, National Association since 1989. Mr. Illgen has been a Member of the Board at Community West Bancshares since 1997 and of its subsidiary, Community West Bank since 1989. He is Chairman of the Asset / Liability Committee and a Member of Personnel / Compensation and Compliance Committees at GNB. He served as President of Goleta Rotary Club from 1979 to 1980. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Defense Industry Association. Mr. Illgen is an honorary Member of the Santa Barbara Scholarship Foundation Board of Directors and is a Member of Goleta Rotary Club. He appears on television with General Alexander Haig on '21st Century Business and Health' as an industry expert in information systems, modeling and simulation.

Mr. William F. Filippin, also known as Bill, has been an Executive Vice President for Community West Bank at Community West Bancshares since June 1, 2015 and has been its Chief Banking Officer since June 1, 2015. Mr. Filippin serves as Chief Banking Officer and Executive Vice President of Community West Bancshares. Mr. Filippin served as Market President of San Luis Obispo County at Heritage Oaks BanCorp. He served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Mission Community Bank since April 2012 until May 2015. Mr. Filippin served as Market Area President of San Luis Obispo County at Heritage Oaks Bank, a subsidiary of Heritage Oaks BanCorp since January 2012 and served as its Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President since August 16, 2010 until March 2012 and served as its Senior Vice President and Commercial Lending Group Manager from April 2009 to August 2010. Mr. Filippin has over 20 years wealth of experience knowledge in lending. Before joining Heritage Oaks, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for American Principle Bank in San Luis Obispo. Mr. Filippin served 14 years with Santa Lucia Bank as Branch Manager and Senior Vice President/Credit Administrator. He served as Senior Vice President and Credit Administrator of SLB Asset Management, Inc. (a/k/a Santa Lucia BanCorp.) until June 5, 2007. He is a founding member of the Paso Robles Optimist Club. He served as President of the Paso Robles Kiwanis Club and served as Chairman of the Arroyo Grande Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Filippin holds a degree from Cal Poly State University, where he majored in Agricultural Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Appraisal. Mr. Filippin is graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mr. Thomas M. Wetzel, Tom has been Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President at Community West Bancshares since June 2012. Prior to joining Community West, Mr. Wetzel worked at Rabobank in El Centro, California for 10 years, including as Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Auditor, where he directed and managed the audit program for its 92 branch network, including 15 loan production offices and bank-wide employee-related investigations of irregularities, frauds and embezzlements. He has built and staffed audit teams for several banks and financial service companies, including the creation and implementation of the audit standards, risk based audit schedules and processes. He became a Certified Risk Professional (CRP) through the Bank Administration Institute in 2002 and was an Audit Major at the Bank Administration Institute in Madison, Wisconsin in 1992. He also became a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners in 1990 and holds an Associate Degree in Arts, Business Administration and Accounting, from Hagerstown Community College in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Mr. Richard M. Favor has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Community West Bancshares since December 31, 2007. Prior to joining Community West Bank, Mr. Favor served as Chief Credit Officer of County Commerce Bank from February 2003 to August 2007, California where he managed all aspects of loan production and classified assets as well as Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and compliance issues. He also served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of County Commerce Bank. From April 1995 to February 2003, he worked for Bank of Ventura/First Bank & Trust in various capacities including Chief Credit Officer. He served as Chairman of the Ventura Family YMCA and serves as its Director. He served as President the Tri-Counties Risk Management Association and serves as its Director. He also sits on the loan committee for Cal Coastal Rural Development Corporation. Mr. Favor received a B.S. degree in business administration from San Diego State University.

Ms. Maureen C. Clark has been Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Community West Bank, National Association since September 26, 2016. Ms. Clark serves as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Community West Bank at Community West Bancshares. Ms. Clark served as Senior Associate Consultant with RLR Management Consulting from January 2015 to July 2016, worked primarily with bank system conversions. She served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer from October 2012 to January 2014 for First National Bank, Santa Fe, NM; as Interim Chief Information Officer from March 2012 to August 2012 for Gateway Business Bank, Cerritos, CA; and as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Opportunity Bancshares, Richardson, TX, from October 2009 to May 2012. Ms. Clark served as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Vineyard National Bancorp. since December 31, 2007. Ms. Clark served as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Vineyard Bank, National Association since December 31, 2007. She served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Jackson Federal Bank from 1999 to 2004, where she was responsible to develop and implement information technology strategies and policies, as well as manage merger transitions and core system conversions. Upon acquisition of Jackson Federal Bank by Union Bank of California in 2004, Ms. Clark managed merger integration activities and system transitions. She served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Hemet Federal Savings & Loan Association, a subsidiary of HF Bancorp, Inc., since June 1, 1998. Ms. Clark served as Vice President and MIS Director of CenFed Bank from 1984 to 1998.
