Mr. Filippin serves as Chief Banking Officer and Executive Vice President of Community West Bancshares. Mr. Filippin served as Market President of San Luis Obispo County at Heritage Oaks BanCorp. He served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Mission Community Bank since April 2012 until May 2015. Mr. Filippin served as Market Area President of San Luis Obispo County at Heritage Oaks Bank, a subsidiary of Heritage Oaks BanCorp since January 2012 and served as its Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President since August 16, 2010 until March 2012 and served as its Senior Vice President and Commercial Lending Group Manager from April 2009 to August 2010. Mr. Filippin has over 20 years wealth of experience knowledge in lending. Before joining Heritage Oaks, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for American Principle Bank in San Luis Obispo. Mr. Filippin served 14 years with Santa Lucia Bank as Branch Manager and Senior Vice President/Credit Administrator. He served as Senior Vice President and Credit Administrator of SLB Asset Management, Inc. (a/k/a Santa Lucia BanCorp.) until June 5, 2007. He is a founding member of the Paso Robles Optimist Club. He served as President of the Paso Robles Kiwanis Club and served as Chairman of the Arroyo Grande Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Filippin holds a degree from Cal Poly State University, where he majored in Agricultural Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Appraisal. Mr. Richard M. Favor has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Community West Bancshares since December 31, 2007. Prior to joining Community West Bank, Mr. Favor served as Chief Credit Officer of County Commerce Bank from February 2003 to August 2007, California where he managed all aspects of loan production and classified assets as well as Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and compliance issues. Upon acquisition of Jackson Federal Bank by Union Bank of California in 2004, Ms. Clark managed merger integration activities and system transitions. She served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Hemet Federal Savings & Loan Association, a subsidiary of HF Bancorp, Inc., since June 1, 1998.
