Great team, but the org itself needs a better layout. Lots of personality clashes, and it seems one hand doesn't know what the other is doing most of the time. Unfortunately that one hand that isn't plugged in is usually the highest up. To be completely fair though, they spend a considerable amount of time and effort to try and make the workplace and culture fun. A lot of that gets negated however when the CEO panics about situations he should be aware of and actively engaging, or trusting his team to engage for him without micromanagement.
