Confusing and confrontational.

Not sure there really was a team. There was a person and she was great at her job, but there was a constantly evolving structure that made our deals inconsistent and hard to service.

Biz Dev is growing. Service is struggling.

They try and provide opportunities to help you grow in whatever direction you'd like. That's what I hear from engineering at least.

Not very, but they happen.

Their working on it.

If you feel comfortable in a frat environment,have thick skin and a hard work ethic, this place is for you.

Be reasonable with what you're asking for relative to the value of the position you are applying for. Understand the value (revenue) this position either brings into the org or internally saves the org. Use that figure as the basis for what you ask for. In the end you have align your ask with something that makes business sense and allows the organization to function in a healthy way.

Just amazing and fun people. Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

It was pretty frantic at times, but that's any sales and CS environment. If you are a real sales person this will be a plus for you. The CEO is a salesman and is great to work with in this capacity if you can bypass the ego. Most CEO's suffer from this though, and it's not unique to this place.

Great team, but the org itself needs a better layout. Lots of personality clashes, and it seems one hand doesn't know what the other is doing most of the time. Unfortunately that one hand that isn't plugged in is usually the highest up. To be completely fair though, they spend a considerable amount of time and effort to try and make the workplace and culture fun. A lot of that gets negated however when the CEO panics about situations he should be aware of and actively engaging, or trusting his team to engage for him without micromanagement.
