Mr. James George Petcoff, also known as Jim, J.D, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Conifer Holdings, Inc. since 2009. Mr. Petcoff has been the President and Director of Midfield Insurance Company since December 2004. Mr. Petcoff has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of North Pointe Insurance Company since 1987. Mr. Petcoff has been a Director and President of South Pointe since 2003. He has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of N.P. Premium Finance since 1987. Mr. Petcoff served as the Chairman of North Pointe Financial Services, Inc. and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer since 1986 until April 2008. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Home Pointe Insurance from February 2005 to April 30, 2008. Mr. Petcoff served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of North Pointe Holdings Corp. from January 13, 2005 to April 30, 2008 and its President from 2001 to April 30, 2008. He served as President of Home Pointe Managing General Agency, Inc., since February 2005. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Queensway Financial Holdings Ltd. from 1999 to 2001. From 1980 to 1986, he served as an employee and in management positions at independent commercial insurance agencies. He served as Vice President of Queens Pointe Financial from 1997 to 2002 and Treasurer from 1999 to 2002. He has 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mr. Petcoff founded North Pointe Insurance Company and North Pointe Financial in 1986. He served as the Chairman of Queensway Holdings Inc. from 2000 to 2001 and President from 1998 to 2000. He served as Chairman of North Pointe Insurance Company. He served as Chairman of Atlantic Alliance Fidelity, from 1999 to 2001 and Pembridge Insurance Services Corp., from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Petcoff has been the Chairman of Queensway Financial Holdings Ltd. since 1999. He has been a Director of N.P. Premium Finance since 1987. He has been a Director of Home Pointe Managing General Agency, Inc., since February 2005. He served as Director of North Pointe Holdings Corp. from 2001 to April 30, 2008. He served as Director of Queens Pointe Financial until 2002. Mr. Petcoff is a co-owner and Board member of LCA Bank Corporation. He sits on the Michigan Strategic Board Fund for the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Shore Capital Partners, LLC. He serves as Director of White Pine Insurance Company and Lease Corporation of America. He served as a Director of Rentrak Corp., from September 2000 to August 2004. He served as Director of Sun States Insurance Group Inc. from 1998 to 2001. He served as a Director of Alexander Underwriters General Agency Inc. from 1999 to 2000. He served as a Director of Alexander Underwriters General Agency Inc. from 1999 to 2000; Director of Alexander Underwriters Inc. from 1999 to 2000; Director of Innovative Technology Systems Inc. from 1999 to 2000; Director of International Indemnity Company from 1998 to 2000; Director of Pembridge General, from 1998 to 1999. He served as a Director of Queensway Holdings Inc. from 1999 to 2000 and Director of Consolidated Property & Casualty from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Petcoff holds a J.D. from the University of Detroit school of Law in 1992 and an MBA degree from University of Detroit in 1980. He graduated with a B.A. degree from Michigan State University in 1977.

Mr. Harold James Meloche serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of White Pine Insurance Company. Mr. Meloche has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Conifer Holdings, Inc. since May 2013. Mr. Meloche served as Chief Accounting Officer of North Pointe Holdings Corp. until December 15, 2006 and Vice President of Compliance since January 13, 2005. Mr. Meloche has over 21 years of experience in the insurance industry. From 2000 to May 2001, Mr. Meloche served as Chief Financial Officer of various Queensway entities, Queensway and certain of its subsidiaries were placed in interim receivership. He joined North Pointe Holdings Corp. as Treasurer of North Pointe Financial in 1999. From 1993 to 1998, he served as an Financial Audit Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Detroit. From 1987 to 1993, he served financial positions in the securities and motion picture industries. Mr. Meloche served as the President of XM Consulting, Inc. from September 2009 to May 2013. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Meloche served as Executive Director of External Reporting and Controls for GMAC, LLC and Controller of GMAC Insurance. Mr. Meloche served in various roles at North Pointe and its affiliates from 1999 to 2006, including as Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer for North Pointe's pre-initial public offering parent, Queensway Financial Services, Ltd. He served as Director of various Queensway entities. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Meloche received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from State University of New York in New Paltz in 1986 and a Masters of Professional Accountancy degree from Walsh College, Troy, Michigan in 1993.

Mr. Brian Joseph Roney serves as Chief Operating Officer of White Pine Insurance Company. Mr. Roney has been the President of Conifer Holdings, Inc. since April 2010. Mr. Roney was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at North Pointe Holdings Corporation. He served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer for First Mercury Financial Corporation from April 2008 to April 2010. He served as chief financial officer for North Pointe from May 2006 to April 2008. Before joining North Pointe in 1999, he worked for ten years in the securities industry as Managing Director of Corporate Syndicate with Roney and Co. He was a principal of Roney and Co. prior to its sale in 1999. He serves as Director of White Pine Insurance Company. Mr. Roney graduated with a B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1986 and with an M.B.A. degree from the University of Detroit in 1988.

Mr. Andrew Daniel Petcoff serves as Senior Vice President at White Pine Insurance Company. Mr. Petcoff serves as a Senior Vice President of Marketing at Conifer Holdings, Inc. since 2009 and served as its Senior Vice President of Personal Lines. Mr. Petcoff has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to 2009, he served as a Risk Analyst at Guy Carpenter & Co. from 2007 to 2009. Prior to his time at Guy Carpenter & Co., he served as a Specialty Underwriter for North Pointe from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Petcoff graduated with a B.A. in general business from Mt. St. Mary's University in 2005 and with M.B.A. degree from Loyola University Maryland in 2012.

Mr. Nicholas James Petcoff serves as President of White Pine Insurance Company. Mr. Petcoff has been an Executive Vice President at Conifer Holdings, Inc. since 2009 and also serves as its Secretary. Mr. Petcoff served at Home Pointe Insurance Company from 2005 to 2006 as the Underwriting Manager of Personal Lines and from 2006 to 2008 as Vice President of Home Pointe Insurance Company, with responsibility for all personal insurance lines at North Pointe. From 2004 to 2005, he served as a Risk Analyst for Guy Carpenter & Co. He has been a Director of Conifer Holdings, Inc. since 2009. Mr. Petcoff graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 2004 and with an M.B.A. degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2010.
