Mr. John P. Albright has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Consolidated Tomoka Land Co. since August 1, 2011. Mr. Albright has been Managing Director of Finance for Crescent Real Estate Equities Ltd., a General Partner of Crescent Real Estate Equities Company, since March 2007. He served as the Managing Director of Finance at Crescent Real Estate Equities Company since March 2007. He served as Co-Head and Managing Director of Archon Capital. He served as Vice President of Finance for Crescent Real Estate Equities Company from January 2004 to May 2005 and later served as its Senior Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Crescent Real Estate Equities, he served as Principal with real estate hedge Fund Manager of Trilogy Capital Advisors, in Westport, Connecticut from June 2002 to January 2004. He also served as a Director in the real estate investment banking department of UBS in New York from May 2000 to May 2001. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of the real estate investment banking group at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc. in Arlington, Virginia from December 1997 to May 2000. He has been Director of Consolidated Tomoka Land Co. since January 2012. Mr. Albright holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Daniel E. Smith, also known as Dan, has been a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Consolidated Tomoka Land Co., since October 2014. Mr. Smith joined Consolidated Tomoka from Goldman Sachs Realty Management, located in Irving, Texas. He has background as a real estate transactional and corporate attorney, along with his previous experience representing a large publicly-traded REIT, Crescent Real Estate Equities. Mr. Smith received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he served on the Duke Law Journal Editorial Board. He received his B.A. from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Mark E. Patten has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Consolidated Tomoka Land Co. since April 16, 2012 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Office. Mr. Patten served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Vistana Signature Experiences, Inc. (Alternate names: Starwood Vacation Ownership, Inc. and Vistana, Inc. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SolarBlue LLC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Legacy Healthcare Properties Trust Inc. since April 2010 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of World Commerce Online Inc. from October 1999 to October 2001 and also served its Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Secretary. He served as Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of CNL Hotels & Resorts Inc. from February 2004 to April 2007. Mr. Patten served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Simply Storage Management, LLC from August 2007 to April 2010. He served as Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of CNL Hospitality Corp. since April 2004. He has 19 years of experience in the areas of accounting, SEC reporting and corporate finance. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of SRK Management Company. He served as Vice President, Finance of Imaging Systems. Mr. Patten served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of SVO Management Inc. from February 1998 to October 1999 and also served as its Assistant Corporate Secretary. From June 1997 until January 1998, he was a Partner in the Information Risk Management practice of KPMG Peat Marwick and spent 13 years with KPMG including a two-year rotation in KPMG's Executive Office in the Department of Professional Practice from January 1995 to June 1997. Prior thereto, he served as a Senior Manager in KPMG's executive office in its Department of Professional Practice in New York City. Mr. Patten received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Florida and received his certification as a public accountant in 1988.
