Mr. Ramjeet Jerrybandan served as a Vice President of Overseas Operations at Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. since May 2006 and has been its Executive Vice President of Operations since December 2016. Mr. Jerrybandan has been Company Secretary at Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. since 2013. Mr. Jerrybandan joined Consolidated Water Co. in 1998 as the Operations Engineer in Grand Cayman. He was promoted to Operations Manager (Cayman) in 2005. Mr. Jerrybandan also has extensive training in the Information Technology field including industrial automation systems. Mr. Jerrybandan obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and his Master of Science degree in Engineering Management at the University of the West Indies. Mr. Jerrybandan holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from the Association of Business Executives of London.

Mr. David W. Sasnett has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. since June 3, 2006. Mr. Sasnett served as a Consultant of Mastec Inc. since August 2004. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Voip Inc. from October 19, 2005 to May 2006 and also served as its Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer until May 2006. He served as a Consultant to Corevision Strategies, a financial and management services consulting firm in Boca Raton, Fla. He served as the President of Secure Enterprises, LLC since 2002, which he co-founded in 2003. Mr. Sasnett served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Secure Enterprises, LLC from April 13, 2004. Mr. Sasnett served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mastec, Inc. from April 13, 2004 to August 2004 and its Controller and Vice President of Finance since 2004. From February 2004 to August 2004, Mr. Sasnett also served as a Controller at Mastec, Inc. From 1994 to 2002, Mr. Sasnett served as a Member of the Executive Management Team at Catalina Lighting, Inc., Chief Financial Officer for seven years (since November 1996) and also served as its Senior Vice President, since November 1997, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary since January 2001. He also served as Vice President of Catalina Lighting, Inc., since November 1994 and also served as its Controller. Since 1993, Mr. Sasnett served as Vice President - Finance of Hamilton Bank, N.A.Previously, he was employed with the international accounting and consulting firm Deloitte & Touche for almost 13 years and served as its Senior Manager. Mr. Sasnett also has more than twelve years' experience with Deloitte & Touche, one of the 'Big Four' professional service firms, where he directed financial audit engagements and provided advisory and consulting services to numerous clients, ranging from large public companies to small entrepreneurial businesses. He served as a Director at Ominto, Inc. since March 24, 2013 until April 22, 2015. He served as a Director of Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. since December 23, 2004 until May 27, 2015. He served as a Director of WebSafety, Inc. (formerly known as Blindspot Alert, Inc.). from July 2, 2009 to February 11, 2011. He served as a Director of DubLi, Inc. since March 24, 2013 until April 2015. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a graduate of the University of Florida.

Mr. John B. Tonner has been Executive Vice President of Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. since 2013 and has been its Chief Commercial Officer since 2016. Mr. Tonner serves as the President and a Partner of Water Consultants International, a leading desalination consultancy, where he is responsible for global business development. Through his work in the desalination and water treatment industry since 1985, he has broad practical and engineering experience involving all commercially viable desalination processes and he frequently assesses the potential for new technologies to overcome the challenges limiting current processes. Mr. Tonner regularly advises clients on how their processes, components, materials or technology can be applied to various regional and technological markets and the environmental challenges within the desalination industry. Mr. Tonner served as Vice President of Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. since February 21, 2012 until 2013 and served as Chief Operating Officer since September 2011 until 2016. He held positions with clients include, direct supervision with management responsibility and regional coordination of matrix and cross-border sales organizations. He has published approximately 20 technical papers and lectured extensively on all aspects of desalination technology. Mr. Tonner is widely known for his work related to thermal processes such as MSF, MED and TVC. He has over 20 years of experience with reverse osmosis and membrane technology, including RO energy recovery techniques. He has provided due diligence oversight services for the largest desalination projects in Asia, Australia and the Middle East. He has been a Member of the International Desalination Association since the late 1980s, serving on the Board of Directors from 1999 to 2004. He serves as a Member of the World Health Organization (WHO) Desalination Technical Committee and serves on the U.S. National Academy of Science's Research Committee for Advancing Desalination Technology. Mr. Tonner holds an honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Paisley in Scotland.

Douglas Vizzini serves as the Vice President of Finance of Consolidated Water. Douglas started at Consolidated Water in Jan of 2007. Douglas currently resides in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area.
