Mr. Martin Plaehn has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Control4 Corporation since September 2011 and has been its Chairman since January 1, 2014. Mr. Plaehn joined Control4 in 2011 as a seasoned business and technology executive delivering industry-leading products, driving landscape-changing business and technology strategies and improving operating excellence for growth. He served as Senior Vice President - Software Products at RealNetworks Inc., since February 2003 and its Executive Vice President of Products and Services until September 30, 2004. He joined RealNetworks in August of 1999 as its Senior Vice President, Systems Software and Services. He has a passion for product innovation, exceptional customer experience and operating discipline. Prior to joining Control4, he held both executive management and Chief Executive Officer positions. He served as Strategic Advisor at Ralph Silver Associates, Inc. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Viewpoint Digital from 1996 to 1999. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Bungee Labs, Inc., from 2006 to 2008, securing its follow-on venture financings. Bungee's team and cloud-service technology established an early position in the then-emerging Cloud Computing and Platform-as-a-Service industry. Prior to Viewpoint, he led product development for Alias|Wavefront, creating the foundation for Maya, today's leading professional animation system. He joined Wavefront in 1990, became Executive Vice President of Business and Product Development and joined its Board of Directors prior to Wavefront's 1994 IPO and through its 1995 merger with Alias. He started his career as software developer at General Atomic Company in 1978, ISSCO Graphics in 1980 and Template Graphics Software from 1982 to 1990. He has been Director at Control4 Corporation since September 2011. He served as Director at RichFX, Inc. He holds a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego, studied Computer Science at San Diego State University and graduated from UCSD's Executive Business Program for Scientists and Engineers.

Ms. Susan K. Cashen has been Senior Vice President of Marketing at Control4 Corporation since June 2010. Ms. Cashen served as Vice President of Marketing at Mywaves Inc. She operated mywaves' global marketing activities, driving acquisition and brand and corporate awareness. She has 20 years of consumer marketing experience, having worked with many of the top brands in the digital entertainment space. Since 2005, she served as a Consultant for SutherlandGold, a firm that specializes in building brand awareness for consumer technology and digital media companies. She served as Vice President of Marketing of Tivo Inc., since 2003. She joined Tivo Inc. in March 2000, as Vice President of Corporate Communications. She worked with companies large and small, from Xerox, MSNBC and Adobe. In her career, she worked for advertising and public relations agencies in New England and California and later, served as a marketing consultant for a number of start-ups in Silicon Valley. From November 1994 to March 2000, she was employed at Blanc & Otus, a leading technology public relations firm based in San Francisco, California and served as its Senior Vice President and Partner from March 1999 to March 2000. Prior to joining Blanc & Otus, Ms. Cashen managed her own consulting practice. She serves on the board of the MVLA High School Foundation and lends assistance to CAR, an organization that helps the developmentally disabled and FLY, a group dedicated to supporting at-risk youth. Ms. Cashen holds a B.A. degree in Russian Studies from Hamilton College.

Mr. Greg Bishop has been Vice President and General Counsel of Control4 Corporation since March 2008. Mr. Bishop has been the Chief Compliance Officer and Company Secretary at Control4 Corporation since Jan 2013. He was responsible for all of Control4 Corporation's worldwide legal affairs, including M&A, intellectual property protection, licensing, litigation, employment, sales and marketing, development, general corporate, antitrust, press / investor communications and advertising. Prior to Control4, Mr. Bishop served as General Counsel of Murex SA and Campus Pipeline Inc., and served as Acting General Counsel of Iomega Corporation. He has also worked as Internal Corporate Counsel for Corning Inc., iBAHN Inc., LANDesk Software Inc., and The Event Source. Mr. Bishop has more than twenty two years of experience to Control4, with eight years as a commercial litigator in Washington DC and sixteen years of service as internal corporate counsel for companies located in New York, France and Utah. He received his Juris Doctorate and MBA from Brigham Young University in 1986.

Mr. Mark Novakovich has been the Chief Financial Officer at Control4 Corporation since August 2015. Mr. Novakovich serves as an Executive Officer of Quantum Software, LLC. He served as Vice President of Finance at Control4 Corporation. Mr. Novakovich was responsible for the overall accounting systems and practices of the organization and ensures the precision and timeliness of financial and statistical reports for management and board use. Mr. Novakovich has12 years of experience in corporate finance management and public accounting positions at Control4. He served as a Controller of Control4 Corporation. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Embedix, a leading company in embedded Linux tools and solutions. He has five years of accounting and auditing experience with Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Novakovich is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Jefferson Dungan, also known as Jeff, has been a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Control4 Corporation since April 2010 and has been its Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations since June 2006. Mr. Dungan served as Vice President of Supply Chain & Manufacturing of Control4 Corporation. In this role, Mr. Dungan was responsible for material acquisition, manufacturing sourcing and management and order fulfillment as well as IT. He has more than 15 years of operational, management and technology industry experience. Before joining Control4, he held positions of Senior Director of IT Operations and G&A Business Solutions for BEA Systems where he was responsible for all aspects of IT Operations. Prior to BEA, he held the position of Senior Customer Program Manager with Celestica, a top EMS provider. Prior to Celestica, he held several leadership positions within the workstation manufacturing group of Hewlett Packard Company. Mr. Dungan began his undergraduate studies at Purdue University and completed his bachelor's degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering at Colorado State University.

Mr. Eric Anderson has been Senior Vice President of Products at Control4 Corporation since June 2012. Mr. Anderson served as Vice President of product management at NetIQ Corporation, a software company, from 2011 to 2012. He served various executive positions at Novell, Inc., a security management software company, from 2006 to 2011, including chief technology officer and vice president of product management. He served in various management positions at BMC Software, Inc., a business service management software company and Compaq Computer Corporation. Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.

Kevin Baker serves as the Vice President of PQA of Control4. Kevin started at Control4 in January of 2018. Kevin currently resides in the Provo, Utah Area.

Larry Bennett serves as the Managing Director, Global Programs of Control4. Larry started at Control4 in May of 2018. Larry currently resides in the United States.

Susan Cashen serves as the SVP, Marketing of Control4. Susan started at Control4 in June of 2010. Susan currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
