Mr. Tal Wenderow has been Executive Vice President of International & Business Development at Corindus Vascular Robotics Inc. since July 4, 2017. Mr. Wenderow served as Executive Vice President of Product and Business Development at Corindus Vascular Robotics Inc. until July 4, 2017. Mr. Wenderow co-founded Corindus, Inc. in 2002 and served as its Executive Vice President of Marketing & Business Development since 2010. Mr. Wenderow served as Chief Technology Officer at Corindus, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Business Development. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Corindus, Inc. from 2002 to October 2008. He coordinated and took part in all research and development efforts of Corindus. He served as Executive Vice President of Business Strategy & Marketing at Corindus, Inc. and led the marketing, strategic alliances & fund raising activities. Since March 2007, Mr. Wenderow served as the Chief Operating Officer of Corindus, Inc., managing all research and development, regulatory, Intellectual property and operations. He served as a Director of Corindus, Inc. Mr. Wenderow holds B.Sc. cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel and has completed Executive Program for Life Sciences at the Merage Foundation, Merage Business School, University of California, Irvine, CA.

Mr. David W. Long has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Corindus Vascular Robotics Inc. since August 12, 2014 and served as its Treasurer and Secretary since August 12, 2014 until July 4, 2017. Mr. Long served as a Vice President at Corindus, Inc. He joined Corindus in September 2011 after more than 7 years at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Since 2006, he served as Vice President of Finance for Thermo Fisher Scientific's Laboratory Equipment Division. He served as Vice President of Finance for the combined Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Workstations businesses. Prior to that, he held a variety of financial management roles at PPG Industries, Polaroid Corporation and International Rectifier. He was an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Accountancy at Bentley University. He holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts.

Mr. Stephen Jeff Lemaster has been Chief Commercial Officer of Corindus Vascular Robotics Inc. since October 10, 2016. Mr. Lemaster served as Global Vice President of Marketing at C.R. Bard, Inc. He has a proven track record of commercial success having held senior sales and marketing leadership positions at C.R. Bard, ACIST Medical Systems and Boston Scientific Corporation. Mr. Lemaster has 20 years of commercial sales and marketing experience in the cardiovascular medical device industry and has extensive global new product launch experience in the areas of interventional cardiology and peripheral.

Mr. Doug Teany has been Senior Vice President of Research & Development and Operations at Corindus Vascular Robotics Inc. since May 9, 2016. Mr. Teany has 18 years of experience driving operational excellence in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. He joined Corindus from East River Consulting Group where he specialized in scaling operations for fast-growing medical device companies. He served as Vice President in Boston Scientific's Research & Development organization, responsible for strategy and operations of Boston Scientific's global clinical and preclinical research functions. During his tenure at Boston Scientific, he contributed to the company's growth through product development optimization and operational performance improvements. He designed and led several large-scale transformation initiatives for the company, played a key role in the successful integration of acquisitions and optimized the performance of pivotal development programs such as the Promus Element Stent and Lotus Valve TAVI Systems. Prior to his work at Boston Scientific, he held leadership roles in Abbott Laboratories' Regulatory and Information Technology organizations and at Praxis Life Sciences. He served as an Engineer in the United States Army Reserves. Mr. Teany holds his Bachelor's and Master's degree from Purdue University.

Jeff Lemaster serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of Corindus Vascular Robotics. Jeff started at Corindus Vascular Robotics in October of 2016. Jeff currently resides in the Phoenix, Arizona Area.

David Long serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Corindus Vascular Robotics. David started at Corindus Vascular Robotics in September of 2012. David currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.

Nora Dutta serves as the Vice President of Human Resources of Corindus Vascular Robotics. Nora started at Corindus Vascular Robotics in April of 2016. Nora currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
