
No oversight of management, abysmal pay and benefits, not enough workers for coverage. How can it be fixed? Discipline bad management/promote better, increase pay/benefits, hire adequate employees.
Supervisors and managers need to be fired or retrained to actually do their jobs. Increase pay and benefits to something livable, instead of laughable. Hire more support personnel instead of forcing your current employees to pickup slack for no extra pay. Stop with the useless mandatory meetings.
